- Convenient location and the hotel was very clean.
- Nothing. Staff and management terrible and unwilling to address significant issues.

- Height of the towlet
- Overall the room was dated, had damage to bathroom door, moldy ceilings with cracks in bathroom, damaged floor molding AND this room was infested with cockroaches. Running around the bathroom floor & walls AND in the bed! Slept with lights on all night.
- Customer service not good at the counter, the employee lied to us when we were trying to make the reservation. Pool out of service and no breakfast at 9:30 am ( employee told me oven was broken).
