Front desk staff was EXCELLENT

Overall the stay was amazing. The bathroom door was not rolling smoothly on its track but the hotel staff made a note of it and did try to get the maintenance team on it but there were higher priority issues the maintenance team had to attend to.

Hotel Employee at the front desk and the weekend bartender made the stay over the top special!

Design flaw is having the bathroom sliding barn on the bedroom wall - disturbs people that are sleeping and gives minimal privacy. Total miss.

Front desk staff were great

Glass shower not wide enough got water all over the floor, lights wouldn?t work without key in slot including bathroom at night, no vent fan in bathroom, no microwave. Restaurant was ridiculously expensive for NOT cooking on site, staff uppity!

The bed

The alarm on the nightstand went off at 5:30 AM. It must?ve been set by a previous guest. I called the front desk and complained. They told me that a manager would call me back. And he never did. Very disappointed with the management.

Smelled fresh. Very clean. Modern decor.

Was able to take advantage of some great Black Friday rates and enjoyed a wonderful weekend at this beautiful hotel. The customer service at this hotel is first-rate ... every member of the staff is so friendly and helpful. It was a great stay!

The only critique I have is that I wasn't able to watch ABC, due to the hotel's TV provider. Oh, and I would expect glass cups in the room, instead of Styrofoam, of a hotel of this caliber.

Cleanliness, location

Large families with lots of kids taking over the pool area. Same large families using the lobby as their living and dining room.

The hotle was Very clean and welcoming restaurant was amazing and had amazing service and great food

We always feel safe and taken care of at this hotel. The beds are comfy, the staff is friendly, and everything is clean.

This was probably the best hotel stay I've ever had. The staff and guests were very friendly and everything was well taken care of and clean. It was the first time I'd ever truly felt completely safe at a hotel.

On our last night my foot was scratched pretty bad from a metal rod sticking out of the chair next to the bed. I informed the front desk and they were apologetic, but the experience kind of soured an otherwise excellent stay.

The bathroom smell horrible. It was not sanitized properly. The floor carpet was sticky and gummy. It really needs a good deep cleaning. The location was good.

It's a beautiful hotel. Friendly, efficient check-in. It's very nice and looks new. Great restaurant and the food is delicious and enticing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The waitstaff and the food at the restaurant was great. Our family will definitely be back!

Excellent location, the staff is friendly, the parking is lit up at night; not to mention the property is fairly new too. We will be back for sure!
