The Elmore Hotel, DFW Southlake, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Very clean, well-maintained, quiet

I was double-charged. Resolving this was much more difficult than it should have been, and communication from the hotel was non-existent. Zero follow-up, and the issue was never fully resolved.

Location, availability, and price.

The hotel lobby was under construction. The room we were given was not acceptable in that the a/c and fridge were not working. Room change was in a dirty hall with a lot of rooms under renovation. Not how we wanted to celebrate our anniversary.

Load AC unit running in hall made it hard to sleep without interruption.

2nd stay - it held up to my expectation for parking ease, pleasant and efficient reception, peaceful lobby, easy navigation to a clean, comfortable and appealing room.

The room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is undergoing renovations to their lobby and there was a lot of dust, closed off areas, and wasn't very appealing.

The bed was very comfortable and the staff was pleasant.

The desk in the room was not ideal to get work done and the internet was only 10MB.

The location is convenient for what we were doing in the area.

The MAJOR construction was not made clear when we booked. We had to walk through a construction zone to get to the elevator from a back door. There was some sort of trade show going on that we had to walk through also. Price should have been lower.

Wonderful lobby and access to market place Early in the morning a staff member with special needs was so cheery ? good morning, have a good day ?

Location. Being away from the heavier traffic made coming and going less stressful.

The walls seemed a little "thin". Could hear sounds from surrounding rooms. No vent in bathroom, mirror steamed up a lot when showering.

Pleasantly surprised! Very comfortable room and bed, bathroom was spotless and the shower was excellent

The carpet in the hallway is definitely showing it?s age, when I first stepped off of the elevator I thought ?uh oh, worried about my choice now ? but the room was fantastic

Don?t like that housekeeping is by request only. Pandemic is over. After a three night stay trash cans were full, towels needed freshened, and would have been nice to come back to a perfect bed.

The friendliness of the staff was the best part!

There was very little body wash to begin with and I ran out after my evening shower. The conditioner was the same with the shampoo having very little as well. I was told I¿m getting a pool view however I only saw the roof and vents.

Location and spacious room.

The guide on the tv did not have any information and the remote was difficult to use. There is no door on the actual shower so you have to close the bathroom door, else be cold in the shower.

Stacey! She is absolutely awesome. Great customer service, went above and beyond. The best part of our experience.

I ordered some food from the restaurant, and I waited over an hour for just wings and a burger. And it wasn't as if the restaurant was busy. There were people who ordered after me who left before I did. It was ridiculous.

Fantastic room. It was nice and quiet and the bed was comfortable. It was perfect for me and my wife to relax after traveling. It is close to Southlake town square that had many restraunts. We did not use the gym or the pool but both looked nice.

It was not a deal breaker for us but they did not have complementary breakfast.

I loved the welcome text message. All staff were awesome!

There was not a menu in the room for the restaurant.

Everything was an extra charge/ there was not complementary coffee in lobby and just a store to purchase items. For the price of the rooms you would expect more for a $20 breakfast
