Hilton Dallas/Southlake Town Square

Cleanliness, beautiful environment, nice staff.

The restaurant food was very disappointing and mediocre. One server quite inattentive. Also, there was a very loud rowdy drunken group of people next door who had to be told 3 times to be quiet at 1:30 in the morning.

The friendly staff and it was clean. It was Christmas time and we had an elf. The cleaning staff moved her and decorated the room. We were all surprised.

location was great. Hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. The staff was great.

Location was ideal in Southlake Town Center. It was a very nice get-away for us. Staff were friendly, very helpful & enjoyable.

ONLY thing that I could say -- crummy coffee maker and not enough coffee for early morning.

I am understanding and sympathetic about staffing shortages with the current Covid situation, but I did miss the daily room cleaning.

The marble floors! Smiling front desk workers! Free valet! Great service with luggage! Quiet, back off of the freeway.

Complicated location to get to,, not visible.There is fragrance in the halls etc that triggered sneezing and stuffy nose.

I loved the location - lots of stores and restaurants in Southlake Town Center as well as great green spaces. The hotel itself was very nice and the staff very attentive - especially the front desk staff! My room was lovely and very clean too!

It was a great stay so nothing I didn’t like (except that I couldn’t stay longer).

Location

The air conditioning although working properly would shut off when not moving around so the room was hot all night. The room was no nicer than a 3 star hotel and the amenities were the same as well. Not worth the extra money paid for a Hilton.

The staff is genuine, kind, and attentive. I have never felt more welcome in any hotel I've ever stayed in. What a pleasant experience!

The AC did not work within the room. The phone lines were also all disconnected and had no wires to the connection ports.

The location was perfect with plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

No complaints- the hotel and staff were great
