Next door guest stayed up the whole night with loud music. We could not sleep at all.

The reception looks like a jail

Staff was friendly and helpful

Room was poorly maintained; dozens of half finished repairs. Sheets were so badly stained that they looked dirty.

I've stayed here before. It's the best motel in Sierra Blanca.

I wish they hadn't replaced the bath tubs with shower stalls, but I suppose that's the wave of the future.

It was no frills. It's quite basic, but it was clean and it had everything you needed to rest your head. The manager on duty  was an absolutely delight. He made sure you had everything you needed.

I did not know how to operate two remotes to make the tv/cable satellite work together. I was exhausted after an 8 hour long drive, I didn't mind as I just wanted to go to sleep. Other than that, everything else was great!

Make you feel like family, friendly helpful, guide you in directions to see who you need and check to make sure all went well.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and available parking to keep our stuff safe in front of our door.

No breakfast. Motel located near ICE Detention Center

Booking.com misled on price of room.High price did not include ice. Was told to walk to nearby store and buy some. One bedsheet was stained; the other was wrinkled, as though someone had already slept in bed

The tv had 2 remotes and could not use or work correctly and the office smelt like a pack of animals lived there. Cigarette burn marks on the covers.

I felt it was over priced.The sheets were clean, but stained.There was no coffee maker in the room.

No water in the morning due to frozen pipes. Its a cold area so lag the water main.

THE HOTEL IS UNRELIABLE

Showed up at the property at 3:40pm.The office door was locked and no one answered.Went to the Plexiglas window to the right of the office door and rang the doorbell and no one answered.Had to find another hotel to stay at - totally unacceptable and unreliable.DO NOT TRY AND CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD AND TELL YOUR PARTNER HOTEL THE SAME.

The Place was Retro, Older Motel 60's Looking from Exterior. It reminded me of road trips traveling with our parents as kids. The Room was really clean, updated Heating and A/C worked fantastic, Shower had Great pressure and was updated. KING size bed, Flat screen TV with lots of channels. Hostess was really nice/ friendly.

Cleanliness is just above and beyond. It's safe place just next to i-10. Stayed here on my way from Texas to California. Quiet and nice place to relax and go.

This was the perfect place to stay. Quick off and on expressway. The room was clean, the TV worked, the AC was super cold, they had an ice machine, and the woman running the place was super nice.

The facilities were average, but the price matched what i received, so no complaints about it.

Bed was a little hard.

Our stay was very comfortable. After driving 9 hours it was a relief to get a comfortable night's sleep.The furnishings are basic but everything was very clean. They have an excellent ice machine. There is also a coin operated laundry on the premises. We would choose to stay here again.

The motel is right off the Interstate and convenient. The beds and pillows were comfortable and room was spotless!!! Nice stay. The manager was very nice. Next time I will call her directly for reservations. I alway like an old fashioned motel that you can park just outside the door, is clean and reasonably priced. I knew breakfast was not included, but there is a Delfina's restaurant just across the parking lot and we had breakfast there. It was very good and reasonably priced.
