I would say I got my money's worth. It wasn't in perfect cosmetic condition but it was clean and everything worked as it should.

The gentleman who runs the property was exceptionally friendly/courteous.exceeded my expectations. I saved so much money...I had not expected a very clean/modern room. The bathroom/room was perfect!! Lovethis place.

The owner was amazing. Very friendly and courteous. At breakfast he was in a closet getting cleaning materials and towels. I asked him what he was doing and he said that one of his Maids called in sick and he was going to start cleaning rooms

Very clean. Front desk personnel friendly.We were in a long road trip & needed to stop for the night- something cheap. Wasn't expecting much & was completely surprised! Had stayed at a 3.5 star hotel the night before & 3x the cost & this was better!

Unbelievable value, staff was great and competent, room was immaculate, wifi was double plus good, breakfast right on the money. Couldn't wish for better - and at this price point? Impossible to match.

Very nice stay. Friendly and accommodating staff. Our room was missing the microwave, they sent one out immediately to our room. Good bed. VERY good breakfast. Good value for the money.

Our room was at back, but peaceful and quiet. No complaints. Good place to stay.

From the outside it does not look great, but from the inside it is very clean and comfortable. It is one degree above extended stay and one degree below holiday inn express. Even McDonald's in this town is great!

The outside of the hotel and the town is really old and empty.

It was relatively peaceful there. Not a lot of noise...

Dirty. There was a used bar of soap in the shower and hair around the drain.

The hotel attendant was friendly and efficient. Quick check when when I was fatigued from driving. Room was in order.

The room had a shoddy shower. Not that bad of a room though.

Nice, clean, quiet place with ample truck parking. Stopped for an overnight during a cross-country move. What a great little place!

Good value and handy location to town, restaurants and highways. We have stayed there before and will again. It is a good, clean, no frills motel with a very good staff.

Sadly its surrounding area is mostly run-down and abandoned businesses which could deter some travelers. Being on famous Route 66 should motivate the city to clean up the area to encourage tourism downtown.

Very friendly staff. Good maintenance in room, nice tv. Plenty of plug-ins are appreciated.

We were not too happy with the 11 item breakfast ....the sign said here was gong to be cheese danish, but the breakfast bar wasn't impressive. The shower never got warm enough.

Good price, good location to interstate, a uoet, comfy bed

Bathroom was dated. Tub missing plug.

It was affordable and convenient.

Damp water smell and random maintanence/business people. We went there with it empty, and ended up with multiple visits to rooms that weren't even occupied throughout the day.

VERY QUIET - FRIENDLY/ACCOMMODATING STAFF - PRICE - OUTSIDE OF BUILDING HAD BEEN RENOVATED NICELY.

ROOM HAD A VERY PECULIAR SMELL AND THE HEATER/AIR COND WAS NOISY AND SMELLED AS WELL. NEEDS UPDATING.

BUGS/ROACHES IN EVERY CORNER OF THE ROOM. SLEPT IN MY CLOTHES ON TOP ON COVERS WITH MY ON BLANKED

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Nothing fancy but acceptable to stay for the night and the price was reasonable.

It is an older motel, off the main road.
