Good breakfast. Front staff in the morning was nice

Lady at check-in was just ok. Expected better service. Cell phone stuffed into her bra strap does not look very professional. Pool yes but no hottub to relax after a long drive.

It was very noisy , doors closing and people walking kids screaming. Not pleasant at all

The staff was not helpful. We went to our room and the bed was dirty and unmade. We told the staff. The staff sent us to a second room and he had luggage from another guest staying in that room. Finally got to third room and was acceptable

Only gripe is that the street night light was very bright and penetrated the window curtains. Hard to fall asleep

Nothing was great. Had stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Almagordo, NM the previous night and thought is was great. That is what caused us to stay here.

There is a putrid smell in the entire 2nd floor hallway that seeped into our room. Dead bug in first-floor hallway.

The curtains were falling off the window and the shower curtain was falling. The shower was dirty. The air conditioner did not work. In need is much repair.

Close to a good steakhouse.

Room smelled like mold, outlets didn¿t work, refrigerator had mildew in it, toilet seat wasn¿t cleaned and was falling off the toilet. WiFi did not work properly and the front desk was understaffed. Took 20 minutes to check in. Got

Hotel is dated. Our bathroom had mold. The hotel smelled.

The hotel requires updating and appears as if there are unfinished projects throughout (missing cove base, etc).

I forgot two dresses in the closet. The staff went above and beyond and called me to tell me they had found them! Also the breakfast was amazing.

The first floor had a leak and it was kinda messy. The staff more than made up for it.

The Shamrock Holiday INN was clean and comfortable. The room size was just what we needed with 4 kids.

It was very clean and the breakfast was really good. A lot of variety. Pancakes were a nice change from waffles at every other hotel.

The grout on the bathroom floor was cracking and breaking off, but it wasn't that big of a deal.

Their internet was down upon check in, so they had to take all my information again.

Breakfast choices were good with their pancake machine a welcome change from waffles. The room had a microwave and mini fridge (no freezer at all). Hall showed some wear, but the room was fine.

The shower sprayed cold water in some positions on the shower head, but very hot water if you changed the spray pattern with the temp control in the same position.
