Extremely rude staff, dirty rooms, broken fixtures.

We were in room 308, we could hear everything going in the room next door via the shared room door. It was if the people were in that room were in our room. This is an issue that needs to be addressed ASAP.

Bathroom was a bit worn out: broken toilet handle, shower trim rotted out.

The free continental breakfast was awesome, the chef was on point making sure she get all menu out for the guest, I love it

The bathroom, was not as clean as was supposed to be.

Our room smelled like smoke when we entered , but we had traveled and was to tired to ask for new room.

The best thing was the room size (Deluxe room). We got the room that we expected. It's all non-smoking.

We didn't know it was a dog-friendly hotel. We didn't expect to see dogs. The shower curtains smelled of mold a little. The A/C power cable could not be connected all the way into the outlet. There is no breakfast, gym is closed.

Maybe that is convenient location

Overpriced no breakfast didn't receive information regarding what time and location

The staff was nice and check-in went well. A good location too.

Room 128 was a bit dated. Bathroom door was loose, toilet handle had to be wiggled to stop refilling, not much light, all outlets on lamps were loose, box spring on bed was noisy. Could go on but overall it was just a place to sleep. Limited parking.

Staff was friendly and accommodating

when turned on the heat it started to smoke and set off the fire alarm

I saw a roach in my room. But overall it was very clean.

They accept pets without an additional fee. The employees we met were welcoming and efficient. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

No----we would definitely use this motel again.

Showerhead hard to control. Tv's functions not clear on how to utilize. Seating which conforts to a bed extememly uncomfortable!

The young man and young lady in the morning at the front desk were awesome. Manager could have cared less about my situation just put me in a room her attitude was deal with it. Lots of things could have been done. Like stay another night free

I didn¿t get the room I booked because it was dirty and smelled like pee. They gave me a much smaller room that I hated it was my anniversary and I spent it in a cramped up room no money back I went from a two room suit to a one room everyday hotel room

We stayed an extra day ,the guy who helped my husband was very accommodating.was the last room they had .

Outside pool is not heated. Very cold . No hot breakfast, no juice .

Easy access

I didn’t noticed that the pool and the breakfast was no available. So I could get another low cost option without those amenities. So sad and bad experience.

Elevators where not working, phones lines where down in the room, bathroom door would not close and was charged twice for my stay.

Cleanliness and staff was great

Had a few lightbulbs out in my room, but once I told housekeeper they very prompt about replacing them

It was easy to get to. The staff was all kind and the linens were all clean if a bit outdated and worn. We arrived almost at midnight and our first room had standing water on the bathroom floor that seemed to have originated from the fan in the ceiling.

The sheets were very worn and rough.
