Rooms were very clean and spacious. I also like the breakfast options and items to choose from.

The rooms need better upkeep. Bathroom was pretty dirty and toilet did not want to flush

Hotel is a great strategic location for visiting San Antonio or Austin. Their location means prices are quite a bit lower. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Front desk was exceptional. Second time I have used this Holiday Inn Express & I will visit again.

Beds where amazing, customer service was very informative and breakfast was great.

Location parking

Truck stop motel. Vinyl floor in room, rusted bathtub. Rust stain or ? In toilet. Sewer gas coming from tub drain, had to block with wet cloth. Ac thermostat did not work. Just crusty. Not a normal IHG hotel

Cleanliness of room, size

Walls super thin, people banging on doors at 2:30am.

Our room with one king bed was huge. Had a long bench to put multiple suitcases on. The only improvement that could of been made was if they were to add a small table and 2 chairs. There was easily room for that.

There was no hot tub at this hotel. Which was disappointing. Pool was not heated.

Staff is awesome. Large rooms. Bathroom amenities. Comfortable bed.

Breakfast time not late enough

The bathroom was not clean there was hair in in the shower and the floors were dirty. The toilet lid was very loose also.

Staff was very friendly.

I didn¿t really like that they didn¿t go in daily to actually pick up the room. They just picked up towels and restroom trash.

Location, cleanliness, pillows, thermostat, no carpet!!

I thought breakfast could be longer on Sunday Mornings. 9:30 am closing made us have to rush too much on out day off.

Bathroom door wouldn¿t shut as it was too long to swing open on the tile. Shower was cold when on hottest setting. When food ran out before the 9am time, no one replaced it or the juices.

Very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great location. We will definitely stay here again.

Nothing I didn't like.

After reading the reviews, I was a little hesitant to stay here. However, the young lady that check us in was very upbeat, friendly. Check in was fast & easy. They had our room keys waiting for us. The lobby was clean, room was clean. No complaints.

Everything was great. Bfast was greqt. Lots of different options.

The location was easy access to the interstate. Breakfast was good!

The room was not as luxurious as a holiday inn Express generally is. No carpet. General maintenance needed on the building.

There was some sort of water leak in the bathroom, floor was always wet and covered in moisture. The fan didn¿t seem to be working in the bathroom. But we spoke to the attendant and she fixed it promptly and move us to another room for a second night
