Housekeepers complaining about job in hall. No hot water on shower only warm. Walls are thin! Employee in food area was definitely in a MOOD, showed in her mannerism and face! I requested the room for hearing impaired-no such thing existed

Cleaness in the room

Breakfast was horrible morning front desk was not friendly at all

Very practical, served our needs, busy, solid breakfast, friendly staff.

It was all good

Staff was very friendly, hotel smelled cleaned.

The outlets in the bathroom did not work and made it difficult to plug a straightener in with a toddler running around.

The room was a nice size and very comfortable. I loved that my bed faced the window. Nice large bathroom with a big shower.

The dark dingy hallways & carpet. They were clean, just very dark.

The staff was so so friendly! That said¿ the bathroom had a strange smell that got worse when you bathed. Coming from the walls? Non smoking and someone was smoking either in their room or hallway. And chill out on the Fabuloso!!

Nothing "best" stuck out.

The room had a sticker on the door that said it was sanitized, but we found much beard hair all over the sink area. The guests above us were up all night stomping around with no consideration of other guests. Mentioned this to staff and all they said is

The beds were extremely comfortable. Like sleeping in a cloud

The AC needs some work. It was very muggy in the room.

The staff was so accommodating and friendly, right down to the breakfast staff. Hotel employee was very gracious in helping us with our arrival. The room was large and inviting, colors scheme was great, bed comfortable, clean, excellent room. You made us happy

The hotel itself was amazing - the room was large, clean, & very comfy!

The only downside is they had a group of kids on the 3rd floor (right above our room) and it sounded like elephants overhead the entire time. Why you would put kids on the 3rd floor is beyond me.

Friendly and extremely accommodating staff, clean room and great amenities.

Location and the breakfast was excellent. Staff very courteous.

Most of the machines were low on ice and the mattresses were worn down.

Customer service at the front desk was extremely helpful, gave my parents opportunity for early check in due to health. Also prepared us for graduation traffic... Great team!!!

elevator was shaky

Honesty! I left a necklace in the room and called back the next day after checking out the next day and they searched and found it and I was able to pick it up the next night when passing back through. Very attentive and continued to keep me posted.

The room did have a damp musty smell to it, but it was clean.

Great location

Doing a lot of maintenance. The pool was not clean. The breakfast was not that good and wasn't much to choose from.

The ladies at the front desk when I checked in and out were both very friendly, helpful and welcoming!

Everything especially the cleanliness of restroom --- bathtub no ring round the lower portion of the tub. First time in a long time that I didn't have to go out and buy cleaning products and clean the entire restroom myself!

The front desk staff was super nice and super helpful. The bed was so comfortable, I slept like a baby.

Nothing bad to say about the hotel itself.
