Great staff, good food for breakfast, comfortable room.

The pool was green so I took away 2 stars on this review.

Clean and in a good location with everything you need very close.

It was difficult to get to, the coffee at breakfast was tepid at best. The elevator was not working properly.

Close to the interstate but couldn¿t hear it from our room, friendly staff, breakfast area was very clean and appealing

Dining options within walking distance are mostly fast food. Chili¿s (next door) was decent enough

The room we stated in smelled like urine near both beds.

The bathroom door would not close, it was broken.... Over booked

The staff were wonderful, very kind and professional.

The A/C unit in the room was ridiculously loud, making it hard to sleep. They only gave us 2 towels for a family of 5. And there were no sheets for the pull-out bed; I had to call the front desk to get them.

We will definitely be back to this hotel when visiting the area. Extremely clean, very nice room, and the staff was very accommodating.

bedside lamp didnt work. no instructions to use the TV. The bathroom paper kept falling off the holder. There was black hair on my bed. No one answers the desk phone when I call down. I asked for shuttle service at check in but,No body expected me..

The staff was very kind and bent backwards to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The front desk was required to cover the breakfast food and coffee while checking people out. Very patient and with a spirit of service.

The breakfast. Of the breakfast options, only one of the 2 breakfast bowls was available during the 4 mornings that we were there. The last morning, we chose the grab and go box with 2 boiled eggs, bagel, cream cheese & yogurt. Miss hot buffet.

The location

I know it was due to the virus but no daily cleaning, no breakfast. This was not the hotel's fault but made a difference

Easy access, very clean, quiet, excellent staff, felt safe, near restaurants; overall great experience.

Quiet, comfortable and desk employee very sympathetic with reason for our stay.

Arriving late in evening we retired quickly. Noticed in the morning there was NO door on bathroom or closet.

The hotel was strategically located, very attractive, well landscaped, clean and friendly. Our room was very nice. Free breakfast was quite good. I will definitely stay at this Hampton the next time I am in the Schertz/Cibolo, Texas area.
