Did not like anything about the hotel

The staff was very rude and had no customer service skills. The room was very dirty, I communicated with the staff and they still nothing about the dirtyness of the room.

It was the worst stay I?ve ever had. Very dirty and the manager was so rude and disrespectful.

Room has a oily leak bathroom fan splashing onto sink counter.

I chose this hotel because it was close to my house, and unfortunately, due to a situation, I had to leave quickly. The best part was having a room that was not necessarily dirty.

When I showed up, some guy was smoking marijuana right outside the main doors. Then, at check in, the lobby smelt like weed and the woman that checked me in was alright. She wasn¿t smiling or super friendly but she was not rude.

When I went into the room, there was crumbs on the computer desk, shower or something was leaking and had to use all the towels to put on floor to soak up water. Called front desk and they brought me more towels. A/c didnt work correctly

Yes false advertising, no breakfast included, & the room wasn't a suite like promised

Good location right off the freeway. Not luxurious but very comfortable. Quiet though next to the freeway. Liked the touches like lotion, and the dispensers for soap, shampoo in the shower.

Great room and a nice overall experience.

There was only 2 issue. First-the garbage disposal did not work Second- the dishwasher was leaking

Always clean Beds are so comfortable

Room was comfortable. Clean. Pool was nice.

Our room was not available when we arrived. They gave it to someone else. Smelled like smoke in lobby and first floor. Musky smell in stair well. Elevators did not work, we were on 4th floor.

The property was nice and clean. The staff was great….very friendly and helpful. I just didn’t like the location off the highway, but other than that my stay was excellent.

It was a quite place.

The first room they put us in had not even been cleaned. So they put us in another room. And when I was cooking and trying to clean the dishes back up and clean counter tops. The garbage disposal was not work. It was full and was backing up into the sink. Needless to say I got down on my knees and washed dishes in the bathtub.

It was a great stay, the room was clean and was very comfortable. The staff that helped us check-in were lovely. I would most definitely stay again.

Ended up not staying the night.

I booked a room online and when I went to check in, I was told the hotel was completely booked and they couldn’t accommodate me. I was not charged for the night.
