- There was no hot water in the shower, there were no kleenex in the dispenser
- The room had a strong cigarette smell despite being labeled as non-smoking, which made the experience uncomfortable from the start. On top of that, the sheets didn?t feel clean, and the overall condition of the room was below expectations.
- Bath towels that looked like they were used to change oil in cars or used as rags. Shower curtain with lots of pink mold. Just because there are lots of construction workers, not all of us are. They just need to do a better job of cleaning.
