The location was great.
I didn’t like that I booked a handicap room for my elderly mother. They gave me a regular room and stated since it was through Booking.com that what came through on the reservation. I spoke to a manager named Ashley, that was not helpful or understanding about my situation.

Love the location and close to my family. Room was very clean.
The room was musty smelling, and the air conditioner was not cold.

Friendly staff. Clean room with great ac in rooms. Good amenities.
The property cut off ac to halls and elevators. This was a never seen issue for these frequent travelers. It was claustrophobic to ride the very slow, warm elevators. Will not be staying here when we do come back to the area. Mold concerns anyone? Also, exit(elevators) not visibly marked. Safety issue!

The property is quiet. It is very nice and clean. The parking is free, the lot is gated and feels secure.

Hotel itself was nice. As far as my room there was hair in the shower, on the bathroom floor & on one of the beds so I feel like the cleaning of the rooms isn’t the best.
Room wasn’t cleaned as well as it should have been. Also was near the housekeeping closet and stairwell, and we constantly heard the doors slamming all morning and all night. The ice machine on the floors did not work as well.

Gym, fresh and new. Very friendly and attentive staff
The a/c system didn’t allow for continuous fan. It toggled on and off so vacillated between too hot and too cold at night. Also the shower fixture design is dreadful - can’t tell where is hot / cold
