- The breakfast was great, especially the coffee, having oat milk was an unexpected nice touch!
- The size of the room, living room, and bathroom was great.
- The hospitality of the staff. So inviting and on Easter one of the staff member( he has a New Orleans accent) passed out Easter eggs during breakfast on Easter and my son was so happy, we love residence inn, it always feels like home. I loved the location
Cons -
- I ultimately selected this hotel over other cheaper places because of the indoor pool and hot tub but they weren?t open! I also happened to rent an electric vehicle, would have been convenient to have a charger for it.
- Got it chocolate milk? And it was expired. For breakfast Had to throw up otherwise, it was a good experience.
- We had a number of broken things in our room (drapes off the rod, bath tub drain didn't stay open, etc.) and it was not clean. The staff was congregated around the check in area upon arrival, seemingly not doing their jobs. The elevator didn't work.
