The hotel was pretty great from the customer service to the hotel room expectations. Staff was nice. The pool area was amazing! Loved the fact they require access with the card everywhere for security reasons. Enjoyed they had a lot of options for breakfast! Free parking! It was close to Sea World which was convenient! Loved the fact the room had functional ac and lots of appliances made me feel like I was in my own apartment.
The thing I didn’t like was having to pay $20 per night apart from what I paid for the hotel. Wish the pool had a warmer it was pretty chilly that I just was only able to put my feet only. Wish the tv quality in the room was better. It had like a blue tint to it. Was trying to find the settings in the controls but nothing.Wish it had better options for movies. Wish there was house keeping as well every day or every other day. Wish the trash cans in the room were bigger.

Very comfortable stay. The room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. There are plenty of options in the Breakfast in the morning (eggs and bacon, cereals, bread, oatmeal, waffle, coffees and juices). Staff was nice.
One elevator was out of order so you had to wait a little bit on busy morning.

Good location for our needs. Desk staff and the breakfast attendant were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean.
The entrance is not clearly marked and the main door is perpendicular to the parking so it’s a little confusing the first time you go there.
