Roaches on the walls, dirty room, dirty and ripped bed sheets, bad smell. We were in the room for 2 minutes and walked out and went to stay at a different motel. Worst experience ever, I asked for my mo ey back and from desk clerk refused.

Staff very friendly. Place is older but very convenient location.

mostly clean room. staff was friendly, but not very efficient
hot water heater "broke" and there was no notification. then housekeeping stopped by to check the water, no reason to if had called front desk and reported it. also, the door had been tampered with; hard to open and did not feel safe

Checked in around 5pm. The front desk lady was nice. The room was moderately clean.
I don’t know if the pool was closed. But I wanted to take a swim and the water was not suitable. But the pool shouldn’t be closed in the middle of summer. I had no face towels. I asked the housekeeper and she never came back. So I asked the front desk clerk and she said the laundry truck hadn’t come. Really? And the bed was stiff.

The location was the best thing about this property.
The staff, the room (disgusting, unclean, broken light, poor ventilation, suspicious guests, unsafe feeling regarding this property). I brought my immediate concern to staff and was told that since I booked through a third party, there was nothing he could do.

The location was great, convenient.
It smelled like meth and the facilities were moldy and old. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned and the towels were dirty when we got there.

front desk Jerry i believe is the name is very friendly has great customer service and very willing to help in one's needs. everything is so close to hotel restaurant , parks , stores
