When I arrived a couple of hours before check in time of 3:00, I was told that the room was ready, but I would be charged an additional $45 for early check in. I could understand this charge if the hotel was full and the room wasn't ready, but there were

Beds were comfortable and location ideal.

Bathroom had lots of water damage on the ceiling and floor, as well as mold. When we checked into our room the room was dirty with trash all over from the previous guest. Our room had to be cleaned after we had checked in. Breakfast had very little food and the food that was there was stale. Most of the foods had run out and there were no jams or anything for the toast. Lobby was dirty, elevator was disgustingly dirty. Hallways of two different floors also smelled like cigarettes even though they were no smoking floors.

Both the room and staff were great! The room was very clean and had everything we needed including a microwave and mini fridge. Also had a coffee pot in the room. Staff helped us with ANY questions we had and were very nice and polite.
