Nice hotel with comfortable beds and good location.

Everything was great until checkout. I went down to check out at 5:00am. There was no one at the desk but I could hear voices in the kitchen area. It took asking twice and 10 minutes to get the guy to come check me out and he was rude left bad experience

Our room 413 sink was very clogged

Breakfast and lady was very friendly and helpful

Persons below kept calling in complaints about footsteps being loud. Floors were not padded.

I thought the cleanliness was exceptional.

Adjusting the air conditioner was difficult. Fan blew all night and it affected my sinuses for the duration of my 3 night stay.

I didn?t show up the first night of a two day stay and they called it a no show and canceled my second night even though the room was paid for for two days unacceptable

Newer hotel with great staff and rooms were comfortable.

Room smelled like cheap perfume. Very strong odor. Found out that a prior person staying in the room had left dogs for days that went to the bathroom everywhere. Manager was very understanding and changed our room. This room should not have been rented

 front desk was great about handling a room problem. Hotel employee was awesome in the breakfast room and was so good about cleaning everything well and handling spills.

Problem with the blinds in our room that could not be fixed. Sara did her best.

The location and amenities

Our room had a running toilet that caused it to flush constantly. At night it was loud and very disturbing!!!

Wifi doesn't work most of the time. Found 3 roaches in our room but the staff did move us to a new room with no roaches.

Door to room had huge gaps between the door and the door jam.Room service left the door to our room completely open after they serviced our room. We came back to our room at 9:30 pm to find the door wide open. Bathroom door didn't close properly.

Staff was available and pleasant. Breakfast was warm and tasty. Breakfast staff was helpful.

Clean, no carpeting in rooms, price, very nice staff,convenient from Highway.

Parking is scarce. could be from the construction.

Employees were very nice and the location was perfect.

The sign was hard to see.

Room was comfortable and very clean, despite major building renovation underway. Free breakfast offered many choices, dining area clean and well maintained.

The hotel had no WiFi. No pool. Didn¿t clean our room the next day. We had to leave a day early and would not do a refund.

I like its proximity to the highway and to my daily destinations.

The hotel is under renovation, but the staff made sure that you were taken care of with your needs. Even with the ongoing renovations there was very little noise or disturbance so you were still able to relax when needed.

I liked the location.

The hotel is being remodeled, which is fine, but my room had a very unpleasant odor. The staff was efficient, but they were not friendly.

Staff at the front desk was a pleasure to meet. Amenities were explained, room was spacious and clean. Definitely will return.
