Worst experience ever. They confirmed our check-in by email and then when we got there at 10 oclock we were told our room was given away. We had to drive 15 minutes out of our way to another hotel that didnt have us on their list.

Clean room comfortable beds

TV not working. Breakfast was nonexistent. Manager wont call me back. Was there because home has no power from storm and it was not a pleasant stay for the high price. The IT guys were nice otherwise not a good experience.

Its a bit pricey for families.

For a accessable room I would think that you could get an ada toilet. Also some of the access points in the back parking lot should have a ramps to the sidewalk .

Lobby felt like a resort. Rooms were clean.

The staff was great and so helpful! The room was perfect for what we needed and very clean. My family and I felt very safe staying there, especially during this time.

I stayed here twice . The first time I stayed on the first floor. I love it. The second time I stayed on third floor. And my room wasn’t cleaned entirely. I had to call down an get cleaning supplies for to clean it myself.

I did not have time to eat for breakfast in the morning - I had an early schedule

Front desk clerk - attitude, helpfulness was miles below sub-par. I had a minor emergency that took a bit extra time to reconcile, and asked for a bit of extra time to check out - and was refused. So I had to rush back to the hotel, ignoring the emergency, to check out on time. It only takes one bad front desk clerk to totally ruin an experience. I cannot remember any other time in my many years of travel of having faced this stark intractability. My company promotes travel to Texas communities... ExploreTexas.com... and in considering hospitality venues to add to Pflugerville, Element failed.

It was peaceful, clean, and quiet, and staff were friendly and accommodating.
