Courtyard by Marriott Austin Round Rock

Mattress was terrible. The breakfast/coffee service people downstairs were rude, no manners. My suite was given away, received a smaller room, same charge.

It was very close to our event.

There were some hairs in the bathroom, which was gross. The outlets were upside down. The TV didnt have good quality so we used our laptop. The freeway was noisy.

Conveniently located near great restaurants and a short distance to the Round Rock Outlets.

I would have preferred a firmer mattress.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful . Close to restaurants .

Our room did not receive housekeeping during our stay .

I was able to check in pretty quick.

Room was not cleaned very well and they have a bug problem. I woke up in the middle of the night and saw two giant cock roaches run across the ceiling and one flew in my direction. There were other small bugs in the room in multiple places.

How close it was t round rock sports center

We had issues I¿m with room upon arriving. I got charged on my card and my husband got charged as well.

The room was clean when I got there and it was close to the to the venue I was attending

The hotel was under construction/renovation. The front of the building was torn up for restoration and the lobby was also under construction. The breakfast area and pool area were closed which was a huge let down. Nothing on the web site about any of this

Location

Not quiet at all. You can hear people snoring in next room. Cable is bare minimum with old TV that barely works. John Wayne toilet paper.

Great location close to restaurants and shopping. The room was very nice beds were comfortable. Slept like a baby. Would recommend to friends and family. The desk staff was outstanding also very welcoming and a pleasure to do business with especially hotel employee

Clean

They gave my room to someone else but fixed it. Also several of us only got 1 bed and wanted 2 beds

Our room was lovely. Clean, quaint, and nicely remodeled. The bed was very comfortable and gave us a great night sleep.

Not this time.

The rooms were very clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job.

The wifi was down the entire wknd & when I mentioned it to the front desk clerk, she insisted it was my phone (it wasn't). The wifi didn't start working until Monday morning when I was checking out. Rude clerk and unreliable wifi are not what I expected.

Location was close to what I needed. Front desk was nice. Close to about 5-6 restaurants in the same parking lot. You can walk to them. Pool for kids to swim some.

The AC was set to 65 and never got higher than maybe 72-75 ish. The breakfast was depressing.They did a carpet which I didn't mind but over a holiday weekend was probably not the best idea. No ventilation for the bathroom so humid in room and bathroom.

The hotel was clean, the bed and bedding was comfortable.

The cleaning person did not replenish the supplies, but the front desk would give us as much as we wanted.

The room we had was up to date and clean.

They did not have complimentary breakfast.

Clean, comfortable room. Friendly, helpful staff.

Toilet in room would run at random times.

The staff was great! I was the elite customer of the night and that was awesome!

Not really but the window to the balcony wouldn’t open but who cares I was upgrade for free!

A bed to sleep in

Arrived late but had notified hotel. we were told they didn't have any rooms even though we'd reserved a week prior. They did up finding a room after waiting g for more than 30 minutes.

The room was very clean and quite spacious. Not cramped at all.

We stayed in the room 2 day/nights and they failed to make-up the room after the first day. We did stay in the room until about 12:30pm, but that should have been enough time to make up the room after we left.
