Staff, room size, quietness & cleanliness

Trash cans in room are too small & there’s not good water pressure.

The breakfast room is clean and spacious.

I couldn’t sleep all night because the air conditioner was extremely noisy. It was running very loudly throughout the night. Also, all the pillows were too high, and there were no pillows of a normal height available. I had to leave the hotel unhappy.

Staff & cleanliness

Bigger trash cans. Juice machine tastes bad. Put a bench out front. Add body wash to the shower.

This is one of the best places I’ve stayed in a long time! It’s clean the staff is friendly and adaptable to your needs. Rooms are spacious clean, and you can control the AC without it resetting. Breakfast was top-notch.

Towel were like sandpaper shower dirty had sticky stuff on wall had to clean it before taking shower shower head was clogged and shot water every where but on you breakfast bacon was so greasy not drained cooked soft one day over cooked the next leftover

At first glance this hotel seemed a little outdated, however, overall it was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

We need to wait for the front desk to open the entrance door.

Roaches, wet bed. Paid for a queen bed, got a double. TV damaged. Bathroom in poor condition.

Was a good stay. The young lady who checked us in was very helpful and nice to chat with. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good. I suppose the only thing is it is a couple miles away from the main highway but proved to be peaceful.

Hotel was great and rooms were cleaned and beds remade every day. Very good location right off main road.

Was under construction while we were there they appeared to be redoing the lobby but even with that it was cleaned up every morning in time for breakfast. Was enjoyable

We were in a room facing I35 in Round Rock Tx - road noise was an issue. Otherwise, the hotel was wonderful! We will request a room on the backside of the hotel next time and hopefully the road noise won't be as bad.

Located right off highway and the check in was easy. Bed was comfortable and breakfast had a good selection.

Hallway carpet filthy and rooms a little run down.

Soft pillows, popcorn, and cookies. The receptionist when I checked in was really nice and she had a fun personality.

Hallways were stained and smelled bad The breakfast was not good and the eggs tasted rmbad. The elevator was not working and I was on the 3rd floor. It was really hard to carry all of my stuff down all those stairs when checked out. Stairs were dirty.

Staff were friendly and responsive. Breakfast was excellent. Cookies and popcorn was a very nice touch.

Sunday night I flushed the toilet and a piece broke which prevented the toilet from filling. I spoke to the only staff member on duty and she moved us to the room next door. Once we got settled in we learned the TV was broken.
