Hampton Inn Austin-Round Rock

It was clean and it was close to the area we were visiting. They also had a good breakfast each morning.

The air conditioner was a little load when it came on.

good location for me and the staff was nice and friendly.

The room had not been used in a while (I'm guessing) and the ac/heater was having issues and the shower dripped but not a deal breaker...

Toilet like the entire time that we were there, we requested maintenance to come and fix it and look at it. Unfortunately no one came to do that so we kept asking for towels we got them, but it wasn¿t a situation that we should¿ve had to clean up.

Very fast check in and out and allowing a later checkout time

The hotel was in a good location in respect to family I was visiting. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean.

The bed was very uncomfortable and hard. The caulking around the bottom of the tub needs to be redone, it has mold on it that had been bleached or painted over.

Fabulous!! Breakfast made to order, happy hour, location, beds comfy.. Look forward to staying again.

Check in and check out were smooth. Coffee was available after breakfast hours.

The only negative was that the first room I got wasn't ready. The bed wasn't made, however, the desk clerk got us quickly into another room.

The extended checkout time with no charge was very helpful for this particular trip. That is what cinched it for me in choosing this hotel, along with all the great reviews! Also, great breakfast, great location, very clean!

Staff. They were able to switch our rooms to accommodate early check in as we arrived an hour before the check in.

The place was dirty. Wall papers were ripping off, toilet seat saw its days and needed to be replaced, there were left over hair on both the sofa bed and in the bathroom. Room smelled musky and someone kept smoking in our level or level below us.

The staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options.

Lots of nets was the only issue

Close to ball park and game I came to watch.

Lots of road noise right outside my window. Advertised breakfast was not really a breakfast at all.

Complementary breakfast was pitiful. The staff on duty is the morning on May 28&. 29th would not go to the kitchen to get hot water for or advise on how to get one. They only had coffee. I am not a coffee drinker and I needed hot water to make a cup tea

The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable.

There was no communication from the staff rooms don't cleaned everyday due to the pandemic.

The whole hotel is extremely clean! Comfy bed, nice bright lighting and a great pull down room darkening shade instead of drapes that don’t close. And the best free hotel breakfast- everything was fresh and tasty.

Free parking, breakfast, wifi and all of the above.

We have no complaints.

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful when my car broke down. Called a car rental company and a tow company for me. They were very helpful.
