Embassy Suites by Hilton Round Rock

The main floor is beautiful and it is right by the outlets

The sheets smelled.

The room was made every day something I didn;t expect. Also the nice offer of a drink every evening was totallly appreacated and the good breakfast all was a big plus. Thank yoi.

The bathtub faucet was detached from the wall and the water would not drain so we had to pull out the drain guard. And bathroom sink had a hairline crack. I did tell the front desk when we were leaving.

Location

Room service would not deliver a soda with our dinner (Sodas could only be ordered after 3 am) Did not bring pillows needed Heater only worked in one side of suite

It's new and clean

It was hair in the bathroom that was gross.

Never checked in yet I was charged for something I clearly had insurance on. I even called the hotel and told them I was going to be late they said the last they would hold the room was 2 am so I got charged anyway Not fair. And totally disrespectful

Being charged for something I never used

Breakfast was excellent

Our room was above Bar Louie. LOID music until 12:30 am. Couldn?t sleep. HORRIBLE location. PLEASE DONT PUT ANYONE IN THAT ROOM.

Clean comfortable room

I could hear everything from the room above us. They were very noisy late at night. And when I called the desk the staff said they could move me! I dont want to move at midnight! They should just make the people upstairs be quiet! I was not happy.

The thing we liked the most about Embassy Suites Round Rock was the cleanliness.

The only thing we could say we didn¿t like was that the fridge was off balance¿but that is no big deal.

Location, breakfast, Happy hour

No kleenex. No Shampoo or Conditioner

It was good location ..close to 35 S

No ..it was friendly clean and room was cozy

The room was clean great breakfast the front desk and the complimentary bar was awesome

Breakfast and complementary drinks

1. Front desk assigned wrong room that has been assigned to someone 2. Smoke alarm beeping whole time, very annoying 3. Noise level from upstairs

Location was perfect. Room was clean and quiet.

The rooms were very nice. Bed slept well

Charged Twice for my room. Still waiting for my credit

the lobby layout, amenities, cleanliness and staff courtesy! we will continue to use your hotel when family visits

Breakfast and the staff that provide the breakfast service,

The room service is provided upon request, I requested several times and never have been provided, in my last night of stay, I complained at the front desk and the Lady in charge told me if they didn¿t clean up is not her problem.

Best hotel in the area. Brand new. Restaurant attached, right across from outlet mall. Should be rated 4 star.

Beautiful Rooms, Comfy Beds, Nice Bar inside Hotel.

Front Desk wasnt too friendly, I didnt know there was a certain time for free drinks, didnt say anything about Breakfast times or Check out time. Would have been nice to get a little more info from the front desk.

Location, clean, new.

Not a place to stay if you are looking for peace & quiet before 11pm. Hotel restaurant has band 8-11pm Fri & Sat nights. Music is super loud. Felt my bed vibrating from the music until it ended. Major design flaw. Breakfast not able to meet demand.
