Quality Inn & Suites Round Rock - Austin North

The staff tried to fix the issue by moving me to another room. But I had to move all my belongings at 1:30am in the morning !

The room walls were too thin and the room had an adjoining door to next room. I could here the neighbors kid crying all night and I could here the neighbors using foul langauage directed at front desk personnel for calling them to quiet down. Not good.

I was given a room key which someone else already had. I literally walk in someone else room lucky no one was in there. I realize it when the tv was on & the shower was wet. This could have been a very bad situation if someone was in there. Very scary!!!!

It was a short over night stay so I don¿t have much to go by. The staffs were friendly.

The room that I stayed in could use a handyman.

It states that the hotel has a continental breakfast, received a breakfast bag with a granola bar and orange that was not edible, and coffee. Also, the hotel is riddled with ants. They are everywhere; it was disgusting. I will never stay there again.

Location suited my purpose. Price was right.

No shamnpoo, no conditioner, only a little lotion, not enough, and soap was so small it wasn't useful. They need to improve their housekeeping.

Mattress had a huge indentation in it on one side. They need to replace the mattress. We found a roach. Shower head had a lot of lime and scum. Needs to be cleaned.

I paid --- per night and thought that was a fair price; the room was clean and big. Staff were friendly enough to let us view the room before staying. I stayed during the winter storm 2021 in austin.

The cleaning crew were very nice and very helpful

My Room was supposed to have a frigerator in it it did not die with inconvenience

Young ladies working the front desk were awesome......Room setup was nice......Breakfast was good

Bathtub/shower didn't drain very well ----- but they can fix that easily....Parking lot is not easy to navigate and sorta small------but not too big of a deal

Hotel was located near good restaurants and stores. 15 minutes to downtown.

Staff did not change bed sheets everyday. Ran low on toilet paper and ran out of Kleenex.
