- Booked room with jacuzzi whirlpool tub but it did not actually work. By the time I figured that out, it was very late and I wasn’t able to inform staff until the morning. Very disappointing. Room was not clean.

It was clean and quiet.

Location was good
Old dated decor. Sink and tub drains were clogged and very slow to drain. Shower head was crooked and installed horribly. Just pulling knob on bath faucet to transfer flow to shower felt like faucet would pull free of wall and you couldn’t get full flow to shower head. Old furniture and chipped furnishings. Towel rack is broken. Elevator flooring tiles chipped. Hall carpets dirty. Front counter at reception has leading edge falling apart. Breakfast was so limited and cheap we chose not to try. Our overall experience was awful and we wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Owners need to totally remodel and upgrade. Very poor experience and for what we were charged….awful.
