Homewood Suites By Hilton Austin Round Rock

I liked the pool and the basketball court.

The layout was not ideal you had to walk all the way around inside, and the one door that would have made it easy to go outside and cut to the front wasn?t working the entire time so it was frustrating.

The regional manager was amazing and super helpful !

We did have to move at night because our room had flying small bugs everywhere.. our second one no bugs .

The rooms were very spacious. The breakfast had lots of options and it was very fresh.

The pool, the water did not look clean.

The staff was kind and welcoming. The rooms were cozy, clean, and comfortable!

Nothing is best about the hotel except the location

Bathrooms are clogged all the time Charging outlets are not usable No free breakfast Room is not so convinient for the price I paid I wouldn¿t recommend this hotel

It was very spacious, clean, and comfortable

The one bedroom suite is nice and roomy. Having a full sized refrigerator with an ice maker, plus the kitchenette features, make this a "home away from home" experience. Breakfasts are always great with hot food and fruit available. Very clean.

There are master switches in the rooms that are somewhat difficult to figure out at first, but that's about it.

The rooms were quiet

Breakfast was cold, they didn't restock, and started closing it down early while guests were eating almost everyday so we started just eating out. Hotel pool was cold and dirty, but hey... it is winter. One TV remote for two tvs and king-size bed was hard

GREAT LOCATION for Austin/Round Rock with quick access points to get around Austin. Very spacious and very private and lots of parking. The hotel itself is on a dead end corridor, so no nearby traffic unless they were specifically coming to the hotel.

The TV was quite old in comparison to most hotels, ie not a smart tv. In order to use streaming services with TV you had to do it yourself with your own cabling. TV appeared to be a Samsung from the early 00s

The bed and couch were very comfortable and the room was very clean Plenty.of towels. The breakfast was great. The napkins, plates, & cutlery was excellent quality. Clean and refreshing. From now on we're going to continue to stay there!!I give it a 10!

There was NOT one thing I didn't like about the hotel. Location excellent!!

Great space, a/c & fridge ready for guests. Well maintained public areas including the outdoor grills & pool .

Front desk did not answer when called from room phone to request a wake-up call

It was very roomy and very nice.

Their were ants in our room and along the base of the wall on our 2nd day of stay.

Front desk woman helped in so many ways. Easy access to room. Pool was nice breakfast was fantastic

A roach was all over the walls

the breakefast excement variety of foof and bebarache.

the only think that i have t9 say is that shoulhd give 10 minute to end the breastfast pm MMB

Good proximity to where I needed to be.

Constant bugs in the bathroom. Exterior doors slamming early in the morning.

The hotel was very nice. The staff was very nice, helpful, and concerned about you as a guest. Had the pleasure of speaking with, the Regional Manager and she was extremely kind and helpful. She seemed legitimately concerned about the guests.

Love the room. It was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and courteous. It was a great stay all the way around

The Front Desk agent was very welcoming, AWESOME customer service.I had enough towels during my stay. Love the kitchenette, did not have to walk to get ice.

The shower fixture need to be remounted to the wall.

The staff were excellent greeted us with a smile as we walked in the door talked to my daughter about Halloween and offered us water very attentive

The breakfast was great and the staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly.

The walls and ceiling were paper thin. We could hear every conversation (at 1:30 am) beside us and footsteps above us. The staff was very helpful by going to the room next door several times asking them to be quiet and finally we were able to sleep.
