I love that it was quiet. It was clean.

The beds were very uncomfortable and I woke up in a lot of pain.

This hotel used to be La Quinta by Wyndham and thats what this hotel is listed as BUT is not it is bought out, owned, and is now the Vista Del Sol Hotel which is under the Choice Hotels chain. It was absolutely horrific.

The cleaning lady was friendly, although being over worked due to being the only cleaning personnel on duty, which according to her happens often.

A stench covers you once you step in. The pool wasn't working. My bathroom didn't drain water and this wasn't fixed before I left.

Requested a room closer to the lobby on the first floor due to my ability of walking everything was met to my needs💯💯🌟🥰

It was extremely easy to access and the location was perfect. It was the only hotel in the area. I willl drive a bit farther next time.

My bathroom was not clean. Used soap bar with an opened package, bath wash bottles were 1/4 of the way until full and there were stains on the floor that I could clean with a rag. I was charged $4 for Tea and reimbursed $3 when I discovered it was expired

The only thing that I liked about this hotel was that it was close to the ball fields where we were playing.

The appearance was NOTHING like what it was online when I booked the hotel. It stated "newly renovated". That was not true in any way. It was dirty, elevator wasn't working coming down from 3rd floor. The bathroom was dirty. Carpets was nasty.

Staff were great!

Room was not clean as expected: dust and food crumbs on the rolling chair. Left over food in the refrigerator.

Yes the maids didn?t clean the tub good and the staff didn?t clean it so I had to clean it

Breakfast was sub par. The rooms are definitely dated and need improvements. You can walk the halls and see issues before entering rooms. The pool/spa are not swimmable in my opinion, as you can clearly see there are issues with the water.

Yes. The floor of the hotel entrance was not clean, and the carpets in the hallways were not vacuumed either. I also found dead flukes in the room. I was charged an additional $100 for no reason.

I don?t like the employees so I don?t like this service. I don?t like the price I don?t like the breakfast.

The woman at the front desk was very friendly

The bed was terrible, hard as a rock & it was not on the base properly & kept rocking almost felt like it was going to fall apart

Cleanliness. The hotel needs total renovation. The bathroom room is outdated and rusty and the hallways and the lobby is dirty and musty and the carpets have seen better days. The people at the reception are not disrespectful just indifferent.

The bigger rooms are nice the standard rooms are in rough shape.

The renovation in the hotels seemed half done but done according to staff and the place is pretty dirty in all the common areas.
