The 3floor, we hated the construction supplies every where

The construction supplies in the halls and nails in the parking lot my tired got a flat

Staff was nice. Bed was comfortable. Nicely appointed rooms. The suite was a nice size. Breakfast was good with a variety of selections.

The bathroom shower/toilet area needed maintenance. The showerhead hardly worked, no water pressure. It needed sealing and caulking around the fixtures and tub. Mold was present and holes. Needs to have flavored coffee creamer.

Room smelled like urine, outlets and hair dryer didn't work.

Comfortable beds, clean room

Breakfast attendant was not happy or friendly

the linen and comforters were very clean,did not eat breakfast, but last time it was excellent

the curtains were torn,wall scuffed up, toilet wasn't working properly , shower lukewarm, around bathroom baseboards was dirty

Staff and cleanliness.

Elevator took too long even when there was no one on it.

Not much selection for breakfast. Hard to complain when its free though

This is the first time to stay here. Our daughter moved to this area. Everything was just fine, room, location, staff and breakfast. We will be staying here again!

We chose this particular hotel as my sister had stayed in it before. Greta room and amenities. And the staff was excellent.

They need to hire someone to decorate their Christmas tree for the season.

The beds

No black out curtains to block the street light that shined straight in our room. People knocking on the door middle of the night. Staff just said we'll look into it and did nothing for us.

It is located far enough away from the highway & neighborhoods that you don't notice traffic and car stereo noise, yet there is a theatre next to it, and a strip mall across the street for shopping or eating, and you can walk - you don't have to drive. Ea

The ceiling/floors pick up all of the noise of the heavy-walkers in the hall and in the room above you. You can hear people talking in the rooms above & below you from the window side. Annoying?yes. Deal-breaker? No.

The room was spacious with comfortable beds. It was relatively quiet. The rooms had a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The closet contained an iron and ironing board. The bathroom had a hairdryer available. The shower was also a bathtub.

The location was great- close to the pool where we had a swim meet the next day.

When I was in the bathroom I noticed hair and other things on the floor that had not been properly picked up by housekeeping when preparing the room for guests. Although everything else seemed clean it made me wonder about other areas of my room.

Clean and comfortable.

No parking for people pulling a trailer. Also too many diamond member spaces sitting empty when we arrived after 11 p.m.

The hotel rooms were very clean, the staff was friendly and the location was great.

The overall appearance when you came in was neat and clean. The room was modern and neat looking at first glance The bed was comfortable.

The hotel was very hard to find because of construction. The main hall had food and trash on the carpet. The shower had hair in it. The bathroom floor was dirty and shelves had not been dusted in who knows when. The bathroom was nasty!

The Room was very spacious. Clean room.

Towels were aging and somewhat scratchy. Room was a little pricy.

I got a room that was non smoking...we got to the room and smelled nothing but smoke. It was disgusting

Wonderful large clean room with a the things needed to have a great atay.

Room not ready at 3:15 pm then when returned at 5 pm told house keeping gone and room not cleaned. Had to take upgrade for more, clerk not caring.Curtains do not close. Shear drape on between to curtain panels see through and can see right into room.
