Very clean. Smelled good. Best hotel I have had in a long time for the affordable price.

Comfortable bed

Not very clean and not everything was working, drains were about clogged!

The location and the comfort of the room.

Yes, we had an adjoining door to another room and at times, it was as if we were in the bathroom WITH the man next door. We could hear WAY too much. And, your kitchen staff did not speak any English, which is very irritating.

My truck along with 8 other vehicles got broken into during my stay and the staff was not helpful at all. Didn?t contact me when it happened nor offered to help the next morning. It was awful

Walls thin- heard people getting ice all day and night. Stay was for 3 nights, received no housekeeping; told that 50 people checked out. Was not accommodating- my grandmothers funeral got moved up and they would not edit my days. Will not stay again.

What I liked best about this hotel was how well everything was organized as well as the cleanliness of it which also translated to my room. This made my entire experience relaxing and pleasant.

There was nothing that I did not like about this hotel. I would definitely stay there again when I am traveling.

They charged me $35 to check in 2 hours earlier than normal Check in time. But once I went to my room there was absolutely no hot water. The staff seemed very uninterested in resolving problem & were refusing to give me a refund.

Desk personnel very courteous. Beds extremely clean and comfortable. Excellent Breakfast.All maintenance personnel very happy doing their work. Employee and the breakfast side lady. Big smiles and so energetic.

Neighbors were loud and constantly slamming doors.

The customer service team was awesome. Employee and one other girl went above and beyond in helping us relax for the night. They are truly an asset to you team. The rooms were super clean and I was so very pleased with our stay.

The hotel is nice and clean. I enjoy the free breakfast also. The location is perfect. And the free parking is a plus also

Mostly that it was immediately available and close by. And it was well decorated. Very nice indeed.

At times the a/c was a bit noisy but not intolerable.
