Hilton Dallas/Rockwall Lakefront

This hotel may be a 4 stat but the staff is a 10 star. the front desk manager are the best at what they do. they bend over backwards for you and still have a smile. the maintenance man Yee was awesome too. The staff is AWESOME.

This hotel is a great placer to stay. the place is quiet, clean. ALL of the staff were great, from valet to the front desk even maintenance. It was a pleasure staying there.

The location is perfect. The staff were nice. The hotel is very clean and pretty.

You can hear everything in the hall outside your room. I feel like I've had other hotels be more sound proof in my room but I was right next to the employee room and ice maker so could hear all and a man was on his phone an hour middle of night in hall.

Location. It is pretty and this was our 33rd wedding anniversary

The bed was awful. I read in the reviews about the bed. I thought they were just being picky and it couldn?t be that bad. But I stand corrected. When me husband and woke, both of our backs and necks were aching all over.

Perfect location right on the lake with great views and everything is in walking distance including restaurants, bars and boat rides.

The location is perfect, elevators were broken the whole entire weekend. We had to use the stairs a few times with an injured knee (5th floor). no one answer the phone at the front desk ( tried 12 times) our room wasn't cleaned at all.

I asked for our room to be cleaned and all we got was cleaned towels. that's it. there was a party next door and I tried calling the front desk but no luck, no one answers. The service was not good at all. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Overall great place

There was a perverted security guard. He approached my daughter outside while she was talking and interrupted her conversation asking if they were okay. Then apparently looked our room up and came knocking on the door. PERVERT ALERT

The water view was amazing and the location was close to everything. The parking and lobby was great! The foyer was beautiful!

The rooms need updating. The furniture is old especially the bathroom cabinet. The caulking around the toilet was huge and nasty looking. The bathtub and shower head was very basic for this level of a hotel. No microwave:(

Nice ambiance, & location on the lake is nice.

The fire alarm kept making a buzzing sound that got progressively louder and longer in duration as the night progressed. Upon entering the room, the temperature was set to 50 degrees Fahrenheit, and the room itself was 57 degrees. Also a strange odor.

I arrived on a Thursday non holiday near. Joseph at check in was a prick. I arrived a bit early and he said he would call me when a room was clean. Never did I just returned 3 hours later. Only maybe a dozen vehicles there total. Other staff 1 star also

Beds were comfortable. Rooms were quiet. Area downstairs was large enough to visit with other family members.

The Tru by Hilton, which I stayed in this year, was vastly superior. Half of the price, they had an actual smart TV with Netflix to watch, the bathroom was at least twice the size over there, there weren¿t any large chips in doors with shoddy paint cover

the scenery was nice outside

it was way too loud at night. if traveling on a weekend and looking for peace and quiet this is not the place to go, the noise was from like 9pm to midnight fri and sat night. thur was fine.

The hotel is beautiful.

There was a used washcloth left in the bathroom. The lock on the room door did not work, so maintenance worked on it while we were in the room. We had a very late check in. They finished working on the door at 11 PM. That made a long day, even longer.

The room was excellent the staff was very knowledgeable and easy check-in everything was clean and the pool was wonderful this is a wonderful hotel

The jet didn¿t work for the jacuzzi pool closes extra early for a weekend staff wasn¿t helpful in meeting ahead of time accomadations didn¿t get a resort view room like I paid for to have and there was an extremely loud person in room next to us wit a dog
