Breakfast - limited stuff Didn’t had butter for bagels And found mold on one of them.

Yes, the fact that its cost to wash clothes, after spending over 50$ it should be a plus for you. And also, it was always like someone was standing by my room door listening, and I never got my deposit refund, and I left the room clean.

Staff members was very nice

Rooms needed to be updated. Mold in the bathroom area, walls are very thin, hotel stayed no smoking but I smell cigarette and hotel employee smoking nightly…

The staff was nice and the room came with an accurate channel guide.

The breakfast was a bit basic as well as the fitness room.

I noticed that cleanses could be a little better outside front of the building near the front entrance, they should maybe relocate the smoking area near the end of the building or have smoking area off on the side with cover and park chairs.

Staff and cleanliness improved over my last visit. Price also improved

Too little offered for breakfast. Consider a local restaurant that would enter into a contractual agreement to deliver orders to the hotel. Restaurant to lower cost from in-service dining, add on delivery charge, and hotel could tack on a service fee.

One of the staff members was very rude. All of the staff members snoop around to see what you are doing if you're not one of the local residents. It's pretty creepy when it's outside the back window.

It is across the street from WalMart ,you can pick up cleaning stuff (you are going to need it) and breakfast.

The parking lot was covered in trash,the RV park next door looked better,the lobby was small and nasty,staff was rude, the rooms( I looked at three before I found one that as smi-clean ) no refunds so had to stay.Went to WalMart for cleaning stuff

Getting out

It was dirty inside and out, parking lot, lobby, hallways, room. No elevator,holes in everything,walls, carpet, bedding. No breakfast.

really clean,friendly staff,safe secure well lighted with plenty of parking,straight across the street from walmart.

no change machine in laundry room and unable to get change at front desk,there detergent machine was out of order along with half of washers and dryers,breakfast was limmited to waffle,cold ceral,yogart,no scrambeld egg,sasuage,potatoes and gravy.

this motel is super clean and staff on hand at all time,well lighted parking lot and feels real safe.i have stayed at 3 other hotels in rockdale and they were ok,but this one is the best.

Location & Price

Staff said there is a Wi-Fi blocker in the building you need to go outside to use Wi-Fi. I saw white powder on luggage stand & didn't think anything of it. My mistake, BEDBUGS! Guessing they knew of issue & powder was Diatomaceous Earth. Im still itching

The hotel room was extremely clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was a frozen burrito in a bag with a banana every day of the week. The washer and dryer burned 3 of my husband¿s shirts.

Even after I told clerk that I had prepaid for room my credit card was charged

Room was immaculate, with large comfortable bed!

Just felt the AC was not optimally cold as it could’ve been, felt the guard on it by the window did not direct the air better into room. Just felt like the cool air shot straight up to the ceiling.

Everyone was super-friendly. They even let us check in when we were a little early. Breakfast spread was nice. Room was well-taken care of, and pretty comfy.

There were some computer issues, including a wifi outage. Think this was an area-wide problem and not on the hotel, so I can't fault the, for that.

THE STAFF THE STAFF THE STAFF! Best in the business. If you need anything they are on it! 2nd time staying at this hotel and if the family has another event in Rockdale we will definately stay here again for the excellent customer service!

Beds comfortable

The guy at front desk didnt have a clue what he was doing took almost 2hrs to check us in then gave our room away

Friendly service. The room was fine.

The internet did not work and there was not cell service signal in the building for either Verizon or Sprint. Out by the street I could get Sprint.

Beds were Fresh and Clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was ultra friendly, and helped out a lot.

Crickets everywhere, but the whole town has crickets everywhere, so I don't think it's their fault.
