Love the room . The king size bed and all those wonderful pillows

Cons -

The front desk staff are the first people and last people we come into contact with during a stay at your hotel. Both employees who helped to check us in and out were rude and uninterested in making us feel welcome.
They did not clean the room daily or take out trash, bring coffee, or clean towels.
No microwave in the room . When I booked it it said it had one but did not
