TV issues were fixed quickly

Shortage on towels for 2 adults in the room

No sprinkler in the room.

Commodes, it was not mounted correctly.It moved. No drain stoppers in this sink or the tub?

The rooms have been updated and they are clean with no moldy smells ...they look absolutely NICE!!

Room was ok and not bad.

The hotel is in extremely poor condition noting like the pictures showed it to be. The front desk refused to cancel my stay because of the hotel conditions. The manager was rude and yelled at me for taking pictures of the building.

Ac wouldn't turn on or work.. hard time checking in because front desk guy said all rooms were booked and I didn't have a reservation even though I had one

The location was best, just around the block from the family I was visiting

Room smelled a little musty and the manager was a bit rude when I first arrived at the hotel. Tub had cracks in it and walls in the restroom looked to be poorly repaired. No HBO on tv as advertised.

It was so dirty, from the carpet to the bathroom. AC didn't work properly. I would never stay here again. Such a disappointment. There was one staff on duty, she stated "I do it all".

Nothing, it was quite old. It was clean and served it's purpose, but I would not recommend it or ever return.

This was a very, very old hotel, the phone had a broken connection. I really did not report this, as my stay was for one night only.

The Location

The room cleanliness was questionable after finding very long black hairs in the white sink and the dried coffee packets still in their coffee pot...additionally I booked a king bed and and had to accept a queen bed...only one bedside table was in room

The price

the room was not clean. I killed two spiders and a giant cockroach. The bath towels are junk too. You wipe one part of your body and the towel is saturated.

Easy access;close to everything. The room was very clean;bed was so comfy, with crispy sheets and regular size pillows. Great water pressure, with plenty of hot water. Would definitely stay again

The a/c, sounded like a freight train, but was nice and cold

New updated rooms and very comfy bed. Very helpful management

Bathtub very slippery for standing in shower. Be careful

Close to final destination

Had to change room because the beds were not made.
