Comfort Inn & Suites Red Oak - Dallas Area

This hotel wasn't able to accommodate us due to having ants in several rooms they showed us. The nice lady at the front desk told us it would be canceled without charge but then they in fact did charge us and won't refund the charges.

I do not like how we were told they would cancel our stay with no charge and then charged for it.

It was dirty. There was trash behind the table. Asked staff to clean it and they never did in the whole week I was there. By the time I would go for breakfast at around 6am there was hardly any food left.

Shower water pressure was good. Location was excellent. Places to eat really close.

Road construction. Bed was noisy. AC seemed to work on fan only.

Front desk clerk allowed certain guests to check in at 2 pm, I had to wait until 3 pm or pay extra. This was very unprofessional & didn't look good for business. To my surprise there was food left in the room fridge. And a lg hole sits in the parking lot.

It was under renovation as it should be. We saw a roach, our AC was out the exhaust fan was loud, over bearing ( and had to be on with light.

It was close to where I was working.

I chose this place site unseen because I?ve never stayed at a bad Comfort Inn and Suites. It was dirty and there were roaches. I know you?re remodeling, but you really should clean up where you?re putting guests. Plus the room smelled bad.

Nothing, definitely was not worth the price of the room.

1. Shower was plugged. 2. Microwave didn't work correctly. 3. Supposed to have been a remodeled room, not so much. 4. Room service was never done without multiple reminders especially trying to get towels. 5. Guest laundry didn't work. 6. Elevators out.

The staff was nice

They we¿re remodeling. The elevator did not go all the way up to our floor, so we had to carry out things up 2 flights of stairs after walking the entire corridor. The hotel had a terrible smell, and was not very clean. Breakfast was not very appealing.

The night clerk went out of her way to try to get the TV to work.

Its still under remodel mode an was a bit messy.

Room was unsecured when we arrived. Multiple exposed electrical outlets in the hallway. Room was not cleaned and had dirty wash rags hanging on the shower curtain. Sticky mess on desk, broken floor tiles, food and dirt on floor. Smelled of cigarette smoke

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. Several shopping locations and lots if food choices nearby.

I changed rooms twice during my stay. The first move was because of bugs in the bed. Second move was because the room had roaches. Requested to be moved to renovated room and was moved directly across the hall from the room with roaches!!

Close to the ball park and food

The was no workout/ gym. The lobby really has not space to accommodate our team when we all stay there.

Ground in dirt in tub, Crap in the toilet, dead cockroach behind the door, non functioning ice maker.

Bathroom ceiling plaster falling off,dirty floor corners and possible mold under sink. Drape falling off,Housekeeping did not remove paper breakfast dishes. THE EXIT DOOR TO THE POOL WAS PROPPED OPEN THE ENTIRE TWO DAYS WE WERE THERE. NOT A SECURE HOTEL.

The staff was friendly from front desk to cleaning staff.

Our 1st room was not acceptable but they quickly resolved the matter by moving us. This was a last minute stay/booking... if alternative options had been available we probably would not have booked.

This location was pretty comparable to a higher scale hotel as far as the rooms go and like that you don't have to use a credit card for incidentals.

I found that access to the rear part of the hotel was a bit inconvenient due to having to walk all the way to the back to use the elevator.

I did not stay at this hotel, there was a huge water bug in the room. I was suppose to get a refund, has not heard from no one about this

The hotel was very old and did not look sanitized

They don’t clean your rooms for the bathrooms You have to ask for towels every day there’s so much dirt left on the bathroom floor I had to sweep it up they let people smoke right outside the door when the sign says in the back around the pool horrib
