Staff was friendly. Room was spacious and clean.

Was told phone app would work on entrance doors, but it never worked. Staff did provide 1 key card.

Everything the staff the food the cleanliness! They went above and beyond to help us while visiting my mom in hospice. We got lost and they held our room till the next day and asked how they could help . Christina texted me from her personal phone since we were lost late at night hours away with my kids. She did everything in her power to help. I had broke down emotionally over the phone and she calmed me down. The guy I didn't catch his name was also excellent also the breakfast staff. absolutely best hotel stay I've had in my entire life even after arriving they were extremely generous and friendly. I hope those workers stay a long time . They also clean very well.you have an excellent staff at the Portland Texas location.

Easy access from the road. Very Clean in common areas and the room

Had to wait for service people to show up at front desk (when we arrived), approx 15 mins. Room we had reserved was not available when we arrived (had booked this a few months back, so they should have known we were coming that day. FEW OTHER ITEMS ALSO

Rooms being spacious

First floor and Halls smelled horrible, it was so strong it made my stomach upset. I would of not booked there if I knew pets were allowed inside the facility.
