Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Portland Corpus Christi, TX

The staff were friendly and professional. Cleanliness of the hotel was on point, and breakfast was outstanding.

Hotel employee was very nice and helped us with a tv matter, it was a good stay, we had yo extend our stay cause of a snow/winter storm, that keep us from going home to Kansas City, she went through all the procedures to book is 2 more days for us

The layout of the hotel and bedrooms is very appealing. The scent in the lobby is relaxing. The bed is comfortable and furniture and decor are well thought out. The bathroom was tidy and clean clean towels. Good breakfast.

The TV remote was not user friendly. The shower had a piece¿tile¿ missing and the shower floor was stained.

Amazing hotel! Housekeeping was on point with their cleaning, staff very friendly! Breakfast was so good and wonderful lots of different choices.

The room was 2 queen and was huge. Great room, staff, and breakfast. Pool and workout rooms also great. Overall 9/10.

My only issue was long black hairs left behind from cleaning and under the beds were small trash items not gotten by cleaning staff. Overall 9/10.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, it was clean, the breakfast was nice too. It was a short drive to the beach.

Cleanliness, friendliness

There was nothing we didn¿t like about the hotel. The only thing we would say is that it would be nice if someone was at the front desk consistently. We always had to wait for a few minutes when we approached the desk to ask for something.

The freaking price. Ridiculous. Three months ago the price was $-- cheaper and now its over $---. Thats for a room with one queen bed and a crappy fold out couch

Walls were paper thin. We stay in quite a bit of Hampton Inn’s and never had walls this thin. Could hear convo clearly in room next to us and no one was speaking overly loud.

Overall poor room lighting.Lights above the bathroom vanity were out. Very dated furniture & decor-needs serious refurbishment.Coffee, sweeteners, and creamers were brittle due to age-obviously expiration dates not checked.TV picture always elongated.

One of the towels had blood on it that was obviously left from a previous person since none of us had cuts or nose bleeds. That was the only gross thing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with questions we had getting around town. The hotel was clean and we never had a concern about mold or bedbugs in this beach town. Breakfast buffet wasn't bad, just not enough seating in the eating area.

The website advertised an outdoor pool, but they did not have an outdoor pool. The pool they did have was a very small square indoor pool that was full once 5 people were in it. They also did not have a hot tub.

The location was central to shopping and local restaurants.
