First room was really stuffy. Moved us to another room, that was not in the best of shape. This room appears to not be used much. Light bulbs were missing from the bedside tables. Shower water flowed into middle of bathroom floor. It was awful.

i have booked 2 king size bed and i got Quinn bed i even told the staff but he did not care at all.
The cleanliness. We walked into the hotel and then into our room and felt comfortable and able to relax because we could tell that it was clean.
During our stay they were running out of breakfast items. But breakfast was still delicious!
Really nice breakfast.
The pool did not have the appearance of being maintained. We swam several days, and the water was greenish and you could not see the bottom. The filter did not appear to be running.
Great location. A little hard to get to. Lobby area very clean staff could be more friendly. They were not rude. Just more friendly
You have to ask for room to be cleaned. I asked and it did not get done. The pool water was green.
The hotel seemed to have had a recent remodeling experience. Everything was perfectly coordinated from wall coverings to paint to artwork to tables and chairs. The front desk staff were friendly and engaging. The breakfast bar lady was outstanding.
