Comfort Suites Plano - Dallas North

Location

Cleanliness, urine odor, malfunctioning room door & elevator.

The location was good for our travel plans. Easy to access. Rooms were quiet.

There was no staff when we arrived to check in. The room was dirty. There was sticky residue on the bedside table and something greasy on the headboard. In the parking lot, there was trash and car parts. The side entry door didn’t stay locked. Unsafe

Nice room size and friendly staff.

Traffic noise and hard beds.

Worst Hotel I have ever stayed at... Front Desk employees are rude. Stained carpet throughout hotel and haven't been vacuumed. I have pictures to validate my stay.

Cleanliness good breakfast wonderful staff

All the toilets are too small

the dead bolt didn't work and it was never fix and the refigerator didn't work

Bed bugs! Rude front desk staff and bad smell inside of hotel. Breakfast not good at all.

It was not a good experience. For people who pay that amount of money to stay at your suite you a next to barking dog that stinks . This place had an unwelcoming small and loud barking dog.My cc card was charged twice for the deposit and not released

Dont allow dogs not all people want to sleep in a room next to a loud barking dog that stink.

The room was very large. The bed was very comfortable. TV was very large.

Needs a bit of maintenance, but was more then adequate. Pool was cold and hot tub needs attention.

Clean rooms, great breakfast, great staff

The room was large and very clean. The hotel was was quiet. There was no one running up and the hallway or slamming doors. It was close to the hospital which was the reason for our stay.

The room was sprayed way to heavy with Febreze. You could almost taste it. Everything we brought into the room smelled like the room when we left. Seriously tone down the amount of Febreze y¿all use!

Staff

Elevator was slow as molasses (only 1 elevator) People (guest or not ?) cruising parking lot all hours of the night. Next to freeway

The information they provided was accurate unlike some locations for example, they said they have hot breakfast and it was actually a hot breakfast

Outside road noise was a little too loud

Proximity to destination/ breakfasts

The room was dirty. So much pet hair on carpet it stuck to your socks. Could not sit on sofa due to pet hair. The bathroom tub had mildew all the way around the top or the tub. The toilet had a seat that had been replaced with one that did not fit.

This was the best hotel I have stayed at in at least 10 years. The staff was awesome. The hotel was clean. Breakfast and the hot tub were amazing.

Leaving

they gave me money back for lousy stay

I did not like food in a sack nor did I like people smoking weed in building staff did not look happy to be there. they cleaned one of our rooms one time the other none we were there 4 days.

Pool

The elevator didn't work and no breakfast

Room was clean and updated. Nice large t.v. and bed was very comfortable.

Staff was not very accommodating. Got 3 rooms and they would not put them together. They said they were completely booked, however when I could not get in my room, new rooms were instantly available. tried to change agreed upon price.

LOCATION

NO BREAKFAST EVEN THOUGH WEBSITE SAYS. ONLY ONE ELEVATOR FOR THE ENTIRE BUILDING INCLUDING SERVICE. WHOLE PLACE NEEDS THOROUGH CLEANING. TI'S A SECTION 8 MOTEL.

Our room was nice.

Dirty lemon infused water in lobby was empty the whole time. Front desk staff told us breakfast was until 10 the next morning, but when we came in at 9:15 it was already over - staff was unapologetic. Next day, breakfast = frozen sandwich and granola bar.
