Aloft by Marriott Plano

No Insulation for windows and we can clearly hear all outside noises. Mattress was very dirty with stains and even after complaining they dint change

Noise from the highway all night Wrong room given. Booked a king got a queen.

It was clean, modern, and the staff was excellent. The hotel bar was also very nice

Nice staff, nice room layout

AC doesn't have a fan always on option so room temp fluctuated a lot and I couldn't use it as white noise. The windows faced the Dallas North Tollway which was loud enough to disrupt my sleep

Clean and the layout of the room was nice. It was close to a lot of things and the area was nice.

It was too close to the freeway and so loud at night. The ac didn?t stay cool and turn on enough.

Staff was super friendly and helpful! Bar was available in evening and open late.

Great size and location. Very clean overall.

Too close to highway and able to hear all traffic making it hard to sleep.

The lobby and the layout of the rooms

Lack of microwave

Leaving

Smell, Roaches in drawers beds bags floors anywhere for you to look there were big and small roaches.

It¿s the uniqueness of the entire hotel. My room was very nice and colorful. I got a welcome and goodbye messages on my TV. The hotel is clean and I enjoyed using the hotel Gym.

The only one thing I wasn¿t too pleased with was the breakfast. I paid for breakfast with my booking and I was expecting a full English breakfast and there was only 4 option on the breakfast menu. I was kinda disappointed.

Cleanliness

Alot of road noise from the freeway. Bed in room was uncomfortable.

The modern decor, the bed was comfortable and the location was convenient

Lighting in the room was bad for applying makeup

Location

Room was not properly cleaned. Toddler found 2 different capsules and a used floss pick on the floor.

Unexpected! Bright colors, very comfortable, and great staff.

We could have used another loungy chair in the bedroom area, but we made do just fine.

Clean room! Comfortable bed. Location was very near the fun stuff but kind of alone. Probably great for business travel.

TV system was slow. Could not change channels.

Very badly designed room as soo. As you enter you see the bathroom never seen such a badly designed hotel room. No room service in this hotel shocking

Very badly designed room as soo. As you enter you see the bathroom never seen such a badly designed hotel room. No room service in this hotel shocking 1 of the worst hotels I have lived in

Location and Aloft itself. Not expensive. Not a lot of frills. Everything you need.

Location. No pet fees.

The bedding was stained. The pillows were worn down and flat. They did not have dog bedding to provide for my pets.

The room is clean and designed differently from a regular hotel room design. Good location with nice views.

The doors...not easy to open and closes very hard.

The overall quality of the hotel was nice. A few things In the room did not work

In the bedroom area, none of the electrical outlets worked. The Mini fridge did not work. There was no ice bucket in the room.
