Stinky mattress in the room. Also hotel manager entered my room without any notice saying she was doing random unannounced inspections of rooms

Nothing it was a nightmare and management worst ever to encounter. Loud upstairs and did not sleep all night. they did not have no breakfast and lotion or anything in restroom but soap and toilet paper.

Room smelled like someone had been coking in it and it was overwhelming.

The outside was clean and located in a good area.

The inside of the hotel room was old and nasty . The curtains had black mold and mildew all over it and in the window as well . The cabinets were old and nasty like roaches lived there before me they need to remodel . Also the most important is the whole building stinks like old food and smoke And sex please please don’t bring children or dogs .

The property is old and needs to be updated. The beds are hard as a rock. The a/c wasn’t cooling efficiently.

The shower was spraying water from the shower head threads all over the walls and ceiling.

Everything was always broken including the elevators laundry machines and exterior doors

There was none.

The room smelled like burnt cigarettes. The shower was slimy. Beds were squeaky and not comfortable. AC barely worked.

Elevator broken, room on 4th floor. Stayed a week. Hotel smells like air freshener dog throughout building! Never again

Just the location.

A lot of false advertising with this place. There was no free breakfast, no wifi as advertised. The elevator was broken on the day we were moving out. There was someone else's hair all over the bed.The bed linens were not clean, curtains were dusty. The dish washer was not working. There was a horrible stench in the room and hallways. The elevator was smoking and had a funny smell on the first day we were there and on the second day it was not working. You would think with the elevator not working the staff would help with check out and carrying guests luggage down the stairs but they didn't. This place is not worth a dollar, take your money somewhere else.

I liked the convenient location and the front desk lady was super friendly and awesome. I also liked the price since it is half the price of a holiday inn.

There was weird smell in the elevator and sometimes in the room. There was also no carpet in the rooms....just laminate flooring which was fine but it gave it a strange feel. The fridge was an added bonus we could put drinks in.

I had to purchase a portable heater but due to not having a surge protector, using it would cause the breaker to trip. Management offered to move me to a different room which is inconvenient because of the amount of personal property I have in the room and lack of time and help. I've had to buy spray and boric acid to get rid of pests (roaches) that I've seen in the room mostly in the kitchen area. A person at the front desk made it seem as if that wasn't true because she herself has not had this issue in her room.

They didn’t give me a room although I had one booked. I was left stranded at 3am.

I was retaliated and discriminated against by both black female managers due to my concerns that I submitted via email.

I didn't like that I was denied to extend for another night. I was denied services because I mentioned my concerns via email. The call was recorded. The manager told me multiple times that because I mentioned my concerns via email to upper management. I could no longer schedule future reservations at the legacy location in Plano.
