Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Dallas Plano/Frisco

There was a nasty smell much like a messed up drain or something. You could smell it in the hallways too. Although the bathroom was spotless but it stunk really bad. Especially the commode. When we asked the staff to come fix it, he outrightly denied.

No hot water first 2 days.kids are sick due to cold water

there wasn't a comfortable chair in the room, just the desk chair. there was plenty of room for one.

The hotel is very nice but the room they gave us was directly across from a bar that has a huge outdoor patio with load music playing and screaming people. I could not sleep. I had specifically asked for a quiet room and that's the one they gave us.

Very clean hotel and room. The bed was good quality and sheets felt the same. I great location for my purposes. Good parking and well lit, it felt like a safe area and hotel in all respects.

The hotel is overpriced rude staff at check in dirty restroom and shower..

Hotel clerk is very friendly and understanding when I made mistake of extending one night on a different Fairfield Inn. I was not aware of that until that evening and I totally missed checkout time. Hotel lady was very kind and considerate.

Exceptionally clean and quiet. Quick check-in. Decent breakfast. Seemed like very safe location. Even the parking lot and grounds were in immaculate condition.

Bath towels seemed to be lower quality than their wash cloths.

It¿s a little hard to get to back off the highway but we figured it out.

We were greeted when we walked in by friendly staff. Ou .room was Nice.and Super immaculate. We stay in a lot of hotels and we are Never disappointed by the Fairfield Inns.

The room was clean and meet all my expectations. I needed a place to rejuvenate. From the shower to the pool and the exercise room. Everything was what was needed.
