They charging about $4.19 + tax for parking, per night!!!

The bed in the room was very soft

Yes, you charge me an extra $70 for my service pet to be at the room with me when I initially bought the room it said Pets welcome service. Animals normally should not be charged. I don’t believe that I should be charged that extra amount of $70.

The room smelled like dust. We asked for a new room but were told that the hotel was booked. There is no notice about parking charges

Clean, location and staff friendly

The hotel is clean. I never wanted to get out of bed. I was so comfy

The noise of the highway is so loud when you're outside. I found it annoying.

It was clean quiet and the staff was nice

Getting to the hotel was a bit confusing and the gps took us into a truck yard

Location plus clean and comfortable beds.

I personally liked how convenient the location was to the highway and surrounding restaurants/coffee shops. I was a bit further from the Dallas area I was commuting than I would have preferred but not a dealbreaker.

The only items that I did not like about the hotel was that they did not offer breakfast and that you had to request for housekeeping (which you have to ask as early as possible or they won?t come.)

Staff was friendly and brought me extra coffee pods.

Did not like the room size and shape. Mattress was old. Did not feel comfortable in the space.

My room was very clean and modern. It was comfortable and not outdated like many hotels.

Reception was helpful. And, housekeeping gave us towels as needed. Maintenance fixed our clogged toilet promptly.

Both irons we got, leaked. Vacuum entire room, including corners such as near the night stand. Those were not done in our room before we arrived.

Rooms were large and clean.

I was overcharged even after telling the front desk that my room was paid in full. Now I have to wait for my money to return to bank account.

They charge 5 star prices but don't provide 5 star service, house keeping staff didn't clean my room for 3 days ,also there's no breakfast served he even though they advertise that it's provided

Great location and quality for the price. Conveniently located from the Richardson downtown area that has great dining options.

Would appreciate more snack options in the Marketplace

It was comfortable, no worries, rooms were very quiet and rested well.

Would prefer different coffee pot options, staff wasn't as visible as preferred

The staff was very welcoming, I love the easy access and the Bed is so comfortable. I look forward to my next trip to Dallas.
