Home2 Suites by Hilton Plano Legacy West

Friendly staff and large clean rooms

Very clean and super friendly and helpful staff

Just wish there was a clothes steamer in the room

Ease of getting from parking lot to room, quick check in and checkout. Location was nice. Clean outside and in. Nice pool! We had a very nice stay!

Everything, location, staff, cleanliness

Great breakfast. Large room Nice staff.

No problems

The hotel is near my monthly training venue that I attend. I am satisfied with the space and cleanliness of the hotel. The staff is always willing to help in any situation that arises. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service!

The amenities in the room. Full kitchen with dishwasher. Living area in addition to having 2 queen beds was a definite plus. Continental breakfast was delicious.

Unfortunately, I booked the Home2 Suites in Plano (off of Tennyson) rather than the Home2 Suites in Frisco (next to Stonebriar Mall), but that was my mistake.

The king bedroom was very nice, big, and modern.

The room layout was great. The big Mirror. Comfy bed. Very Clean.

I did not like the pillows. They were extremely soft. Also , i didn’t like that there was no safety deposit box in the room.

Cleanliness and order.

The cleanliness

The public bathroom in the lobby was not very clean.

Rooms were amazingly roomy and stocked. Very very clean as well.

Clean, pet friendly, functional rooms. Breakfasts are good. This is our 2nd stay here. Its very easy. And best of all - they actually clean your rooms.

The location of the hotel is in a prime spot, it's centered where nothing is more then just a few minutes away. Noise pollution around the hotel is non existent as it's placed away from heavy traffic. The facility is always clean and well kept, I have stayed in this hotel multiple times and it has become my go to hotel when I travel to the Plano area.

The room is huge, two queen beds. Great simple kitchen. Great simple breakfast. Very kindly stuff.

Close proximity to where I needed to beat. The room size and kitchenette, the amenities that is included. The staff at this location were very friendly and helpful!!

From this past visit, none.

How convenient it was to locations

Building does not seem old at all. Some of the sheets were dirty. Luckily we brought our own. Areas needed some cleaning and wear and tear in a lot of areas.

It was very new and clean and appointed very, very well. The staff were above and beyond in their hospitality.

The hot breakfast food

The property and our room were very nice. Pleasant front desk personnel.

The breakfast was terrible! The "hot" selections were cold. The remaining items were OK.

The hotel was very nice and I liked having a kitchen plus a full size refrigerator and the office staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was alot of unsupervised young teens running through the hallway throwing footballs and playing hockey in the hallway. They would do it throughout the day about 6-7 of them being really loud and even slamming into doors and shaking things in the room because of the vibration from them running and playing hockey with actual hockey sticks. And both nights while I was sleeping I got woken up to them running and screaming down the hallway. I understand kids will be kids but there was no adult supervison and a hotel is not a hockey arena it is a place to stay and for alot of people just a place to get some rest. Overall the room was great but I did not get the sleep I had hoped to of gotten.
