Sandman Signature Plano-Frisco Hotel

Location is very good and is close to the interstate.

Earlier, the coffee was available all day. Now they have changed the policy to make the coffee available only from early morning to noon. So, the coffee is not available on the day we check-in. I am not happy with this change.

Well styled room , both tub and shower were an added bonus

There were a large number of children who tooover the main lobby and lounge. Party and pizza boxes everywhere

room was tiny, there was barely any hanging space in the "closet" (could only hang 3 things), no mirrors in the room. People generally travel for events and it was very difficult getting ready for a wedding when the only mirror was in the bathroom

The location and the cleanliness.

2 things - The AC was not working as per the settings. - Additions comforter, is not available. The receptionist was giving cook and bull stories to cover it up, on my feedback.

Travel to Plano twice a month for work. I have stayed at several 3.5-star & 4-star Hotels in this area, if not all. This is my first time staying at any Sandman Signature. I have to say it's excellent. I will for sure stay here again.

Great location, comfy beds and good parking.

Location and friendliness of staff. Room was nice size.

Our room was tiny. We were on the top floor and it took too long for the shower to produce hot water. Room was too hot and the window blinds did not block out light. Also , we were there on a Saturday night, so parking was terrible.

 the front desk was great. Very nice and helpful. Clean room. Nice hot tub. Had free coffee downstairs, which was awesome. Would recommend staying here for sure.

Convenient location, nice bars and club attached, and a decent workout room

Room was a little tight. Small closet with folding door was awkward and small. Bed was very soft, I prefer a further mattress

The best features was the bathroom it had a shower separate from the tub and the tub was a good soaking tub.

We didn't get the room expected..was supposed to be double room with balcony..ended up with single room but had the balcony..

The cleanliness and the location of the hotel.

I did not like that they advertised whirlpool, to me that means a whirlpool tub and when we arrived to our room, it was a regular tub. When I called downstairs to ask they told me none of the rooms had whirlpool tubs. To me that is false advertisement.

Location was great.

The ac in the room did not work properly. The staff was less than helpful and definitely did not accommodations to resolve the issue.

The hotel is very clean, the staff is extremely nice and it is centrally located for my needs. It is also great that there are 2 restaurants on both sides of the hotel and they offer promotions as well.

I couldn't find anything wrong with the hotel or my experience.

First room Was above sports bar. Tv and music was entirely too loud and they would not turn it down even after 11pm. The Shark bar.
