Very clean. Nice lobby. Floors...not carpet in the rooms. Separate bathroom area with barn doors to close off.

Toilet would not flush. Maintenance had to come change the ball valve. Room would not cool. Had to move rooms at 2:00 am.

We loved the overall aesthetics of the hotel and ambiance. The carpet in the hallways smelled new. Our room smelled fresh. Everything was very clean. The location was also perfect with nearby restaurants and shopping.

It took the water a few minutes to get hot but it eventually did. They also no longer have irons/ironing boards in the rooms. They said they recently switched to steamers only. However, guest services brought me an iron/ironing board within 5 minutes.

It was super easy to check in and out. Had a nice bar up front with lots of selection. Super nice and clean inside.

The small mirror in bathroom didn?t work. We didn?t tell anyone since we realized late and were only there for one night.

Very relaxing atmosphere and very nice and clean room, it surpassed all my expectations.

I did not like that that there was no available hand sanitizer in sight, despite the fact that the pandemic is over with; germs and diseases still exist.

I didn¿t like this hotel my room was dirty even though I was told it was clean. There was layers of dust all over the desk and nightstands in room luckily I brought my own Lysol wipes the carpet was dirty and looked like it hadn¿t been vacuumed.

The location is prime time frisco.

The shared spaces and some smaller details of the room could have been cleaner. Additionally, I like the option to have my linens changed, it felt required to simply have them made up daily, rather than cleaned.

This hotel is in the right location. Its secluded and yet in the middle of everything.

This was once a 4 star level hotel and deserved every bit of it. But something has changed and it isnt the same hotel as it once was. I cannot pin point what went wrong but its just not the same.

Everything meets my expectations at this hotel. This is my go to hotel when I visit McKinney. This visit I was coming from a International vacation and didn't mind the additional drive from DFW Airport to say at this hotel, even had my daughter get a room

Not one thing

It was clean.

Television only had a few channels - perhaps 12, mostly ones that no one would watch. The carpet looked like it needed to be replaced. Lobby was very noisy. Lots of children playing video games.

The customer service. They were prompt and attentive.

I'd have liked to see more entree variety and better hours at the restaurant.
