The Clara Hotel Plano Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Beautiful hotel. Comfortable bed, quiet, great location in Plano. Very chic.

The water was inconsistent. The water never got hot just warm. On the morning of departure the water would only come out cold. A few times the lobby and dining area smelled like gas. The bar was advertised to close at 11 upon check in, they closed at 9:15

A really fun boutique hotel surrounded by shopping and eateries. Good food and beverages at the hotel as well.

The decor. The boutique setting.

The rooms need a tub. They had showers only and soaking tubs especially for travelers in need to relax are importsnt.

Friendly staff

Not sure I lie bear concrete walls and cold floors. Room was very hard to heat up from 65 degrees to 72.

Cleaner than most hotels, the place just smelled funny. Could have just been me. The staff should smile more, no one was rude but I felt like I was bothering them when I had a question, no eye contact.

My room smelled damp and though the AC felt cool, it still felt a bit humid. My tv had a thick black line running horizontally, it worked but the LCD / LED on the tv was broken. I immediately called the front desk about this and they seemed confused, I wa

Peaceful. Easy and safe parking. Great restaurant. Live the rain shower head.

Not enough privacy in the bathroom due to gap in sliding door.

The location

I booked this because it said I would have a microwave and refrigerator. I had neither. This was something I planned for so it was very disappointing.

pet friendly, location, price

restaurant/bar not open during the middle of the day.

The bar and restaurant staff provided excellent service, I love the style of the hotel as well.

The AC did not work the room was very hot all night, the bed had something in it, it was really dirty.

NOTHING!

How this hotel can be at the Star level indicated is beyond me. Very uncomfortable rooms, FILTHY bathroom with cockroaches on the floor everywhere, and a small rectangular box they pass as a SINK! Terrible!

Very unique and modern. Very clean.

Rooms are pretty dark. No privacy when it comes to using the bathroom as the bathroom walls don¿t go all the way to the ceiling.

The staff was great

I didn¿t get maid service and they told me I¿d have free breakfast but they said I was not on the list

The room aesthetic is a bit stale. The sink is too small. The shower was spacious with good water pressure. The desk was nice and big, good for working. The closet is small and didn¿t fit my small carry on suitcase. The AC unit in room 530 is very loud.

modern, clean, new. Staff was super friendly.

not super family friendly but thats okay! I would totally come back just my husband and I !

99% of the staff was amazing. hotel employee is wonderful!

I waited an hour for my check at the restaurant. My toilet ran every 1.5 minutes ALL NIGHG LONG.

Great location

Room was dirty. No mini fridge in the room. Bathroom was extremely small

They were very helpful, letting me have a later checkout time as I had been sick since early am and was struggling getting mf together to leave. The entire staff was warm and welcoming from booking, dinner and to exiting.

Great location and easy parking, beds super comfortable

Staff was a little slow to get us checked in but they were very friendly

Staff, location

Was there for 3 days. Room was never cleaned

It¿s very modern and clean. The location is great! It also seemed more quiet than most hotels.

The only things we didn¿t like were the size of the sink, it was awkward to brush your teeth and stuff. The shower curtain didn¿t stop the water or the breeze. So when I got out the floor mat,and the rest of the floor was soaking wet.
