amenities for kids, basketball court, pool, exercise room. Room was pleasant and clean. We appreciate the free breakfast in the morning. Overall a good deal. hotel employee who maintained the breakfast was particularly helpful and friendly.

I really like this kind of rooms, it's like a little apartment for you because include everything, one mini kitchen with stove, fridge, micro, dishwasher, one mini dinning area, one mini living room with sofa bed... the breakfast is very good...9/10

Inside the microwave was extremely dirty, there no clothes for the bed sofa, and that mattress was dirty, even when I booked I reported 2 little ones

I found the hotel location was good and easily accessible. The staff who received us was also very polite and friendly, both in the front desk as well as the one working in the breakfast serving area. By the way, the breakfast was satisfactory.

Everything was perfect. Spacious clean rooms. Courteous staff ready to help and answer questions. Breakfast area clean and had a variety of breakfast items. My kids were very happy after their sleepless night at the Sonesta due to bed bugs and stench!

Curtains were ripped, water stains on the ceiling, common areas not updated in a VERY long time. Drywall patches and issues in the ceiling of the bathroom. Were out of body wash in the dispenser- had to call to get some. This place is tired & rundown.

(front desk clerk) was very friendly and welcoming to my family and myself upon arrival. The room was everything we expected and clean. We will definitely book again when we are in town.

It would be great to add an additional waffle maker so that everyone can have a chance to enjoy waffles for breakfast.

Parking was free

Breakfast was not included and offered by self-checkout machine, which is a strange departure from the norm for this brand; truly bizarre and I don't think any adult appreciates microwave breakfast sandwiches. I can do better at the convenience store!

It was nice and clean!

They had breakfast but it was confusing as to what was complimentary. They said free hot breakfast but don't expect eggs or anything. They have packaged breakfast items like sausage egg croissants and there is a list with prices so I didn't even bother.

The floor plan of the rooms are very well planned and very clean! The staff was exceedingly helpful and the maintenance gentlemen came to my room to quickly take care of my concern. This is one of my top choices for hotels. Thank you!

Room remodel in bathroom poorly done

Actually the hotel is really dated and wasn't the standard that I expected a Marriot to be. I think it was a franchise hotel just using the Marriot name. I walked in and walked right back out. I smelled some weird damp smells and food smells.

The hotel was old, needs updating. Weird smells and creepy feeling. Staff was amazing though but hotel seemed eerie. I was there alone while hub was at business meetings and I didn't feel safe.

The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Amenities were great, hot breakfast and pool.

The staff were friendly and they even had a hot breakfast which most hotels are not doing due to COVID.

We booked and paid extra for a 1 bedroom suite 4 months ago specifically because we have 2 kids under the age of 2. But when we got there they told us that they ran out of rooms and had to downgrade us to a studio. They did not offer a refund or upgrade.

BED BUGS.Cldnt run shower due to lack of water pressure.Pressure was so low, toilets wouldnt flush. Found a diet coke can under the couch. We dont drink "diet" They wld call on a Sat morns@9 to see if we were extending, ck out was11:(Rude staff excpt Cade

It was a little off the beaten path, not much around. Food etc was not too far, but once you get close to the room, I didnt want to hunt something down.

I took begging and until 5:30 of the second day for our room to be cleaned.

Price and location

Breakfast was lacking staff to support a weekend. Food wasn't available and they ran out of almost everything and didnt replenish.

Friendly helpful staff. Clean linens. Close to conference center. Breakfast offered good variety and fruit waz fresh.
