It was messy - stained bed sheets - bathroom was dirty - and no hot water

Nothing needs to be shut down I couldn't even stay there

Everything roaches toilet didn't work someone left a razor in the room horrible smell

Roaches.?roaches.?..and roaches.?., dirty, no water ( the water was off around 1:00 am, why?s??????) They need to clean up and termite all the insects.

Nothing. Horrible experience and refusal of refund when it was authorized by the supervisor at Red Roof Inn Plano.

Customer service and management some of the staff and manager were very rude and tried to hold my deposit for some towels and linen if they didn't really have no proof came from my room

Substandard amenities, no refrigerator, smoke smell in all rooms, no microwave, bad shower control know, only one shower towel for 2 adults, just petty

It was very cold as we had no heat and the temp outside was in the 30rds. We sleep in our clothes

It smelled so bad of cigarettes that we found another hotel with vacancy and left.

Cleanliness, shower faucet was damaged. Blow dryer was broken. The furnitures were dusty.

They charge you a $50 resort fee. Anyone who thinks this is a resort is totally misguided. Not a resort. Not a great hotel. Cheap place to stay when working in the Dallas/ Plano / Richardson area. The resort fee is just a way to rip off customers

The $50 resort fee. These fees should be included in the price. It¿s deceptive marketing. You see cheap hotel- then get gigged with a silly resort fee.

Not that clean, people up all types of the night. A lot of weird people hanging out. Staff wasn't friendly at all, the front desk person was on the phone the whole check in. Never received my deposit back.

The only thing I liked was the location the hotel was in.

Rooms were connected to each other using a door, nobody came to clean my room, I had to call to get my towels replaced, I was even asked to bring the dirty towels to the front desk to exchange them.

bed looked slept in, this thing about not changing sheets between users has gone a bit too far... pool looked like it was filled with toilet water, I wouldn't let my dog swim in a pool that was that nasty....

nothing the room was completely dirty and was not up to par! The sheets had stains like blood on them! They had to much people walking around at night that was in and out of the hotel and the customer service was extremely rude.

Friendly and helpful staff. You vmcould open the windows. Bathroom had ventilation.

The room was a little smelly, but it was fine as soon as I opened the window. Stains on the bedsheets.

Terrible property filled with shady people. Staff is rude and the owner is a thief and a liar. I will be reporting them to the BBB.
