Loud, could hear neighbors in the hallway and opening/closing doors over and over late at night. Pool area was closed. Have stayed here before and had a better experience. Will look for a different hotel next time.

Yes, some front desk staff and lady that answers calls in parking garage seemed to lack customer service skills. When we checked in there were darks spots on the sheets¿the housekeeping manager took care of us and was awesome!

Yes, I was put in a wheelchair room and was not happy with the shower etc...

Very comfortable and nicely decorated and clean.

Elevators were far too loud, could hear them all night.

As soon as I got there: there was a sewer odor in the room. I was relocated to the 12 th floor. Toilet was running. Asked for bellman help With luggage: never came. Staff uninterested in helping. This has been my 40th night in the past 2 yrs @hotel

Improve concierge experience and bellman. Fix odors on first floor.

The staff was nice. I had the Asian style room and the bathtub was nice

I wish the parking was free . My WiFi didn¿t work well and you had to pay for it

Very clean, beautiful hotel in great location

Security does not appear to be doing their jobs. Our door was opened in the middle of the night by either a drunk woman or the security guard standing there with her. The corporate office has not gotten in touch with me about the incident.

We went to have a pool side getaway. Pool was absolutely filthy with Mulch floating and jam packed full of drunk people. Concrete was disgusting.Sardines standing in filth. I will be contacting management for a refund. Waste of hard earned money.

The location

I paid for 2 beds and when I got there they only gave my friend and I a king. Also, we stayed there solely for the pool and they closed the pool on Sunday because of their cabanas. There was no apology, or compensation, just kind of a get over it attitude

The hotel had a sexy swagg. It was perfect for a night out away from the kids. The location is excellent. You can walk everywhere

I wish the room had a microwave for late night snacks

Amazing location, awesome rooms & incredible staff. We stayed to celebrate my 40th birthday. Hotel employee upgraded our room & surprised use with champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. The entire stay was perfect!

Not having to pay for parking is always a plus, but by no means made the stay less perfect.

I would give the staff a 20 if it would have let me. Everyone was extremely nice and always had a smile on their face. They took excellent care of my two children and did some extra things to make their stay a great experience. Location was perfect.

Garage parking was expensive ($17/night!!!)! The Oma restaurant menu didn't look interesting. The pool was outside, so it was too cold to swim. We couldn't find an ice machine on our floor.

The room was very nice though quite small.

I should have checked ahead, I suppose. I was shocked to have a $70+,parking bill for 2 nights. I inquired and found out that valet parking is even more costly. I found that to be absurd and would NEVER stay at that hotel again, for that reason.

We always expect a nice hotel when it comes to The Renaissance, but the staff made this hotel a more even pleasurable experience. They treated us like royalty. Just a great experience and the hotel was in perfect location and just had a great vibe.

Room was very comfortable and shower room very relaxing

There was no coffee maker in room nor continental breakfast. One f those would have been nice!

Room was great, it had a very nice walk in shower. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel- staff was exceptional- clean, gorgeous, cozy rooms

Wifi was not free- cost over $12 a day
